    Breakfast - 2 poached on 2 toast (B)

    Lunch - tub M&S cottage cheese (2 syns) with grapes

    A big piece of coffee cake - hmmm, I'm out again, but I had done a ten mile bike ride :-)

    Dinner - Roast chicken breast, mashed potatoes, french beans and italian style courgettes. My garden is still producing well!!

    Supper - big bowl of fruit salad with FF greek yoghurt.

    Not too much planned for the weekend, we have an evening out on Sunday but will take own SW food, shopping tomorrow and visiting friends on Monday. Looking forward to the break!

    Friday 28th August - EE

    Breakfast - big fruit salad followed by 2 toast (B) with jam (2syns)

    Lunch - Jacket potato with baked beans, bacon and salad (pub lunch, was lovely and right on plan!!)

    Dinner - Singapore Noodles (EE cookbook) - really looking forward to this!! I have chicken instead of pork though, only cos it's what I had in.

    I have some prawn crackers and will try to only have a few as they are a syn each (ouch) but I've been off these last few days and it's a killer sticking to plan!!

    Thanks Mary. Well I haven't been on here over the weekend to update and tbh I'm just going to write it off - been out a lot and eating a lot!! Oops, best laid plans etc.... I think a pound or so on tonight, but oh well, it was a lovely weekend, nice and social with friends so worth it.
    We have food night and Woman of the Year tonight so I'm taking along a sausage casserole. Will report back later or tomorrow with the gain.....

    Let's start again!!

    Half on last week, expected, deserved and a little relieved it was only a half! It was an indulgent weekend. See what happens when it doesn't get written down, I go into denial....

    Anyway, I have something on this Friday and next Friday so I need to be very good in between times.

    I'm taking DD out for dinner tonight as a "last night of the hols, night before she starts proper BIG school" treat, I'm not having a pud. I'm planning to have gammon, egg, new pots and salad. I must not be swayed by their lovely lasagne or curry......

    Anyway...

    Wednesday 2nd September Extra Easy

    Breakfast - 2 "fried" eggs, sliced beef tomatoes, 2 small toast (B)

    Lunch - homemade vegetable soup
    (tomatoes, french beans, onion, carrot, chard, courgette) Have to use the garden veg up somehow!!

    Dinner - Gammon, new pots, runner beans, carrots, cabbage and peas (pub)

    Small bit apple crumble and one blob ice cream - lotsasyns but yummy!

    Syns - 12 liquorice allsorts (12)

    The broccoli mac n cheese was fabulous!! Everyone enjoyed it, I added the bacon and with the smoked cheese it made a lovely meal. Even DD ate it (minus the green stuff of course!). Another successful SW recipe.
