Thursday 27th - Extra Easy
Breakfast - 2 poached on 2 toast (B)
Lunch - tub M&S cottage cheese (2 syns) with grapes
A big piece of coffee cake - hmmm, I'm out again, but I had done a ten mile bike ride :-)
Dinner - Roast chicken breast, mashed potatoes, french beans and italian style courgettes. My garden is still producing well!!
Supper - big bowl of fruit salad with FF greek yoghurt.
