Well done on your loss Jay and have a lovely weekend xx

Thanks Mary :-)
Wow, just realised I haven't been on since Wednesday, it's been a busy time. I've been okay (ish) foodwise, not 100%, nowhere near in fact. Hmm. Need to sort oneself out.
I've had scrambled egg on 1 toast for breakfast, then a banana. Lunch was a very small left over portion of Indian vegetable and chick pea soup (I shared the portion with OH!) and for dinner I have home made burgers, bacon, cheese, wedges and salad. Ready any time soon!
I have some sweets for tonight and I've made the white choc and cranberry brownies from the Splenda page in the mag. It's not bad, small pieces though. Not quite a brownie, more a sponge but it's okay and I've tried two small pieces already. (just to make sure no-one else gets poisoned you see.....)
Anyway, enough rambling. This girl is pretty tired, it's been a full on day today.
Tomorrow I'm going out for lunch and I've made a lovely non slimming dessert to take so that leaves Monday to be a good girl.
Next week I am going to take myself in hand.

Busy week for you eh matey?! We haven't seen much of you. Hope you're alright, and having fun
WI tonight then?! What's it going to be...?
Good luck
x

Yep it's got really busy at work so I've not been here much! Not sure what tonight will bring, hoping for a STS but wouldn't be suprised if I put one on. We shall see.
Hoping for a better food week this week all being well except I am out on Saturday night.

Phew, STS it was! Happy with that, it's been a fairly indulgent week when all said and done.
Had a very healthy turkey stew for dinner and really enjoyed it. Will be good now until I go out on Saturday, and will try to resist the croissants and pastries at breakfast on Sunday!

Right, let's try a full week of food diary!

STS! Well done![]()
Here's to a fantastic week. What are you aiming for next week, a maintain or do you need a loss?
I echo Mrs V...back away from the nasty pastries! They taste of poo anyway...![]()

Ooh I shall say that to myself on Sunday morning. Repeat after me "theytasteofpoo, theytasteofpoo, theytasteofpoo........"
It will work! I shall have bacon, egg, beans and tomatoes and syn a hash brown if there is one. That doesn't taste of poo.
This week I'd love to lose a pound. I need to lose some weight, I don't like being 10st3, I want to get to 9st12 by Easter as I'm away for a long weekend.
I walked round Tesco this morning, I needed milk and coffee but I wanted something else, I really did! I could smell the freshly baked bread, I wanted a crappy tesco sandwich, I wanted a sausage roll. I came away with milk, coffee, peppermint tea and activia yoghurts. Woo hoo.
Just need to resist the sweeties at the show tonight and all will be well.
It's a tough time just now!!

Wow, what a weekend!
Saturday night's food was okay ish, the starter and main were not too SW unfriendly but the pud was naughty and so was the cheese and crackers - although I didn't have that many. There were chocolates on the table so I had 4 of those.
Breakfast on Sunday....... NO pastries!! I was most proud of myself. I had egg, bacon (no fat) beans, toms, mushrooms and one gorgeous, plump, juicy Lincolnshire sausage. One slice of granary toast with butter and jam finished my breakfast off nicely. No juice (I don't really like it), no cereal and no pastries.
So it started well yesterday but went downhill from there. I was so tired ( 4 hours sleep doesn't do it) that I just wanted food. So we went to a farm shop for lunch, had a gorgeous bowl of broccoli and stilton soup with one hunk of bread (saved other for OH) and a piece of carrot cake. I didn't need it, I wasn't hungry but it was lovely.
Then for dinner we had Tesco Finest steak in pepper sauce with roasted new pots and garlic bread.
I feel really bloated and yukky today. Too much rich food has passed my lips and it makes my stomach uncomfortable.
I DID NOT have pastries though!!!!
Anyway, today.
