Hey Jay, hows it going? Sorry bout your little gain- sometimes I find a small gain or a STS is good for us to work harder at it or do something different to get a good loss the following week!! I think losing week on week can make us a bit complacent about it all!! (NB I STS this week so making myself feel better, but I think it's true all the same!!)XXX

Actually felt quite full but still squeezed in my supper of ryvita and cheese! Doubley pleased as Wednesday can often be a s*d it day for me, it being the day after WI. So I'm hopefully off to a good start as I didn't have my Tuesday night treat this week either. All these things add up!
Let's see if I can make it 3!
