(I have made this diary 1 week to a post, so it's easy for people to see instead of scrolling through pages, and easy for newbies to steal ideas!)
WEEK 1: DAY 0 (15.2.2010)
I will get to target this year. I have under 30lbs to go. I know I can do it.
My New Me Resolutions:
-Forward planning: I will pre-plan all my meals.
-Weigh those HEXA/B's.
-Drink lots of water.
-Exercise atleast 3 times a week.
2010 is the start of the new me... Ahh... xx
