    Bkfst - Choc Muller Light
    AM Snack - Pot Noodle in a Mug Chickn Flavour
    Dinner - 2 Jacket Spuds, Heinz baked beans, 42g of LowLow Cheese (HEA)
    PM Snack - Strawbs Muller Light
    Tea - Lamb with Mint sauce, SW chips, carrots, brocolli and cauliflower veg pack and gravy (syns? 2....? not sure!!)
    PM Snack - Curly Wurly (7 syns ish)

    So 9 syns for today

    today was tough too - cos my OH has had chippy shop chips, so i ended up changing the SW chips to couscous as I was only cooking for myself!

    still lovely - but a few more syns cos it was ainsley tango tomato couscous!

    Sunday 24 January 2009 - EE Day

    Breakfast - 2 Special K bars (HEB? not sure if this is allowed, but will see how it goes)
    Snack - Banana and a mugshot
    Midday meal - Jacket spud, 42g Low low cheese (HEA) and mushroom and baked beans (all free)
    Evening meal - Spag bol (with pasta!) - made from scratch (mince, tomatoes, mushrooms and pasta - all free)

    SYNS - 6 for a Curly Wurly and 2.5 for a Muller Cherry Choc

    WEDNESDAY 27 JAN 2010 - EE day

    Breakfast - Melons and Grapes

    Midday meal - 3 ryvitas (HEB) 2 laff cow cheeses (HEA) and sliced chicken chunks
    PM Snack - Melon and grapes again

    Hi Elle, just having a little squiz through your diaries, hope you don't mind! You're doing really well, but I've just had a little check on the SW website and it looks like special k bars don't count as HBs - sorry to break the bad news! you can have 2 alpen lights instead though!

    I'm 1lbs away from my mini target (10 st 7lbs) and i'm still going strong! So it's time to re-adjust it to what might be my final target weight...10 st 0lbs (target date, 8th May, my 30th birthday!) Here we go.....!!!

    SATURDAY - 30TH JANUARY 2010 - EXTRA EASY DAY!

    Okay - just to put things in perspective this is a 'day off' whilst i was in Dublin for the weekend! so please be nice....!!!

    Breakfast - Apple and Grape Snack and bottle of water from boots at airport (free)
    Brunch - Full irish breakfast - white pudding (no idea on syns!!) one sausage (about 6 syns) 2 x toast (10 syns) mushrooms and tomatoes (free) scrambled egg (about 6 syns) - so brunch = 22 syns roughly
    Snack - apple and banana and 4 rolos - 4 syns? who knows!!!
    Evening meal - 2 applevodkatinis (5 syns each?)
    Chicken wings with sour cream dip - (15 syns?)
    Steak (fat cut off - so free) with handcooked chips (15 syns)

    So total for the day = 61 syns - oooooof! I did loads of walking tho - so i guess that deleted some syns!

    SUNDAY 31ST JANUARY 2010 - EXTRA EASY DAY!

    Okay - just to put things in perspective this is another 'day off' whilst i was in Dublin for the weekend! so please be nice....!!!

    Breakfast/Brunch - Irish Omlette - which was i would imagine cooked in oil (HEB!) and had more cheese in than a HEA would allow - so will count as 6 syns as it also had spinach in (woohoo)

    Then with the omlette i had a boxty pancake - which i think is deepfried potato cake...so i would say 10 syns at least! and one piece of irish soda bread and butter - another 8 syns in think!
    the omlette also came with huge chips - which i do not think were that fattening as the size of them and the taste, made me think they were not fried....so i would put them at 10 syns for the lot!

    (total so far 34 syns - OMG!!)

    then we went to the Jameson Distillery - and i had a Whisky and Cranberry - so 3 syns? (Total 37)

    Then for afternoon meal i had a chicken ceaser salad - about 10 syns as i had dressing on the side but dipped the chicken in (47 syns)

    and then i had some more fruit as snacks at the airport! and a pack of skittles (9 syns?)

    Total for the day 56 syns!

    Breakfast - missed it as was late for chuffing work!!! Lol!
    Midday meal - ainsley tango tomato couscous (one pack) - 1.5 syns
    pm snack - mugshot (free) and a banana (free)
    evening meal - 2 omlettes made with 4 eggs and free food - mushrooms, trimmed bacon cooked on the george, peppers, cheese (hea measured) and chopped tomatoes.
    Some baked beans to dip the 'oms' into!!! All cooked in spray olive oil.
    After tea snack - smarties tube - 9 syns
