well i had a loss last week, so its going well - better than i was doing on SW.
Its all about portion control too - i think thats the main difference between SW and WW. The superfree foods (veg, fruit) are the same - but the free foods on SW are pointed, so you have to be clever on WW to have a large portion of one or the other.
For example i had a large portion of chicken last night, and therefore had a teeny amount of couscous.....personal choice of course, but i find its really made me evaluate what I have each day!
Plus introduced lots of new foods that were high in syns before (bagels, wraps, soups etc)
