    Newbie - Extra Easy Plan - LouiseElectric

    Food diary - 1st week on EXTRA EASY CHOICE - Unlimited choice power 1 x

    Dear all and diary ..

    I am writing this as a fresh start no more fads or starving myself, or binge eatting, or pills, I want to lose weight, be healthy and fit and keep the weight off for good.

    Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong or give tips :-)
    This week I am using the extra easy choice as recommended by Lee my consultant ( I am only using a pop in group at the moment.)
    I did say that I could not believe you could eat so much and lose weight, I did lighter life last year after I had put on weight through not smoking and now I have put on all the weight I lost last year 2 stone plus another stone …. I am at my heaviest ever double the weight I was 10 years ago … ish ..

    Thursday 8th April DAY ONE …..

    EXTRA EASY CHOICE



    I have done well , well I thought I had until I realised the ready made meat balls may be sinned instead of free.. TBC
    I had not prepared properly went shopping in the evening

    Breakfast at work:

    Melon melody FREE
    Marks and spencer low fat yogurt 3.5 syns L

    Lunch:

    Jacket Potato FREE
    Beans free FREE
    Cheese Healthy Extra

    Evening meal

    Receip from the 7 day meals booklet

    Spag and meat balls FREE ( So I thought but just realised that the ready made meat balls may have sins need to speak to Lee)

    2 Mini baby bells light FREE on HEATHLY EXTRAS

    I really messed up last night I finished off the chocolate I opened at weekend , was happy to break off a bit a day, I knew I should not have taken the chocolate home from mums, I have nothing else naughty in my flat at all i have not even been in a food shop since thursday ... so could be 24 sins , my thought was if i have it now wont tomorrow ...
