    Off the wagon- HELP!!!!!!!

Well, it's been an interesting couple of weeks. I was doing so well, then about two weeks ago I got ill and couldn't eat for days, completely ruining my healthy eating, then I went away for a few days and found it extremely difficult to stick to SW. Thankfully I haven't gained weight, but I haven't lost it either, and I feel like the wheels are falling off my train to skinnytown! Can anyone offer me any advice for getting back on track? I need a kick up the backside urgently!

Lunch- 1% Mug Shot, apple, banana

Snacks- Fruit (apple, grapes), small bowl of bulgar wheat with 1/4 vegetable stock cube- I had some very random bread cravings at about 11pm and decided that if I ate some carbtastic free food, the cravings might go away. And indeed they did!

If you've gone off plan and managed to maintain then you should be pleased as punch!!

If you want to get back on the SW wagon, I would sit down with paper and pen and all the SW books you have and plan plan PLAN. I find that when I know exactly what is on the food horizon for the day / week it helps me avoid naughty snacks, or the temptation to grab a takeaway as 'there's nothing in'.
It also means you'll have a comprehensive shopping list and no excuse to pop something extra in the trolley 'because it's on offer' or 'because I haven't got any snacks'.

I plan like a loon - people that come round my house think I'm more than a little strange with my list of meals for the week on the kitchen counter. I think that is what helps me stick to plan though.

On the upside, I hope you are feeling better now

That's really good advice, thanks Strangely enough I started doing that earlier, I've decided to cook for the whole household this week to ensure there's no unhealthy food available, plus cooking is fun and I think it'll keep me motivated.

I'm planning an elaborate but budget-friendly tapas feast for the family tomorrow- Spanish omelette cooked in Fry Light, patatas bravas, Spanish rice and a massive salad, should be yum! I'm making a veggie chilli on Wednesday, and possibly Quorn meatballs with my own homemade sauce on Thurs. I think if I can stick to this and get everyone involved for a few days I can just about get back on track! Thanks for the support, I love knowing that there are people I can vent to on here who understand!

    Breakfast- Fat-free yogurt, banana

Lunch- Jacket potato with fat-free cottage cheese, cucumber and spring onion. Slice of garlic bread (5 syns)

Tea- Home-made tapas: tortilla, patatas bravas, veggie albondigas made with dried TVP, roasted red pepper stuffed with quinoa, garlic rice and a massive salad. This meal was entirely free since I used Fry Light whenever oil was required, and made all the sauces from scratch myself. It's all simmering away in the kitchen right now, so let's hope it's as yummy as it sounds! I've cooked for the entire family so we can have a proper little fiesta!

    Snacks- Lots of fruit

It was amazing! I took some photos but I've yet to upload them, might put up a couple of recipes too. I improvised on most of it based on tapas I've had in restaurants and it all worked really well, my mum and my brother aren't really big vegetable/general healthy eating fans and they finished every mouthful which was a huge compliment!
