I thought I'd join in and start posting my food diary on here- I've been jotting it down in a notepad but I think it's good motivation to post it in a public domain! Here's what I've had/plan to have today:
Breakfast- Fat-free fromage frais with fruit
Lunch- Poached egg and beans
Snack- Fat-free yogurt, 4 Quorn deli slices with fat-free cottage cheese
Tea- Quorn fillet, carrots, peas, small amount of mash made with 2tsp Vitalite (3 syns)
Supper- 2 slices wholemeal toast (HEXB) and 2 Dairylea Light triangles (HEXA)
Snacks- Fun size Milky Way (3.5 syns), Quavers (4.5 syns)
Total syns- 11
Exercise- 30 mins dog walking
Quite proud of myself today!
