    made with milk HEXA
    and water ,
    One banana
    L , Baked beans on one slice nimble bread 2.5 syns
    tangerine

    D Ham HEXB, egg and SW chips
    Strawberries and Activa FF youghurt .

    Syns
    2 rich tea biscuits , 4 syns
    One glass of red wine , 5 syns ??

    ryvita with FF cottage cheese and grapes .
    Orange and pear and i stuck to one glass of wine !! polishes halo !!

    B , 28grm all bran HEXB with chopped up Banana

    L Ham , egg, Cottage cheese FF , made with a huge Free salad , had my ryvita with it . Tangerine

    D Roast chicken leg , cauiflower , brocoli , carrots , will prob have a couple of yorkshires , but need to syn these .
    Pud will be strawberries, grapes and Activia FF yoghurt

    One glass of red wine 5 syns
    2 yorkshires 4 syns .
    2 clemetines, orange and a apple

    The pasta salad was from yesterday I made enough for 2 days


    Dinner
    100grm raw pork cubes , passata , carrots , celery , peppers , spring onion , half an oxo cube and a teaspoon of dijon mustard and some paprika and oregnao . cooked in the oven .
    Brown rice and sweetcorn .
    Atictiva FF yoghurt ,

    Syns , one glass of red wine , 5 syns ,
    0.5 for the mustard .

    L sweet potato and mashed potato cake and baked beans
    Activa FF yoghurt .

    D pork tandoori , using 100gm pork in a marinade of yoghurt , tandoori powder , garlic and chilli
    had it with rice and a free salad

    pudding was jelly mousse !!
    Syns was 1 glass of red wine 5 syns and jelly mousse which was half a syn
