Green day today B , 28grm porridge HEXB made with milk HEXA and water , One banana L , Baked beans on one slice nimble bread 2.5 syns tangerine D Ham HEXB, egg and SW chips Strawberries and Activa FF youghurt . Syns 2 rich tea biscuits , 4 syns One glass of red wine , 5 syns ?? ryvita with FF cottage cheese and grapes . Orange and pear and i stuck to one glass of wine !! polishes halo !! Tangerine D Roast chicken leg , cauiflower , brocoli , carrots , will prob have a couple of yorkshires , but need to syn these . D pork tandoori , using 100gm pork in a marinade of yoghurt , tandoori powder , garlic and chilli had it with rice and a free salad pudding was jelly mousse !!
