    OK,

    So after loads of attempts and spectacular falls off the SW wagon, I'm back, and determined to do it this tine!! A week or so in, and have been religiously writing down my food diary, but seeing as my C has 40 odd people to look after (at my group alone!!) I thought I might be better off getting you lovely lot to keep an eye on me!! No offence to her but you guys probably know more!! Here goes, will add the last few days, and then try and update daily!!

    There was a big sticky fudge cake available, but I chose a mini muffin instead!! No alcohol, and had small portion of most things!! Fell for my vice though...bread!! Back on the wagon this morning (Friday!) as weighing in tonight! Would hate to undo last weeks fantastic work!!
    Any comments gladly received!!

    Hiya hun! I just saw your post about your food diary.Which days do you follow, EE? If so, it's always worth remembering the 1/3 superfree rule, although this only applies for a couple of meals that I've seen. Drink plenty of water/fluid would be my other suggestion. Also, try cutting out bread completely for a bit...I personally can't eat any more than about 2 slices per week if I want to lose weight. It seems to hold my weight terribly. And don't worry about only having 34 syns left...it can be done On the weekends where I go out for a few drinks I quite often only have about 30 syns to play with over 4 days. Try to make sure you go for some extra speed and superspeed foods and I'm sure you'll be fine xxx
