You definitely have to let me know how that goes, I love trying new things and have a wonderful shop that sells all this stuff. Hoping to try quinoa and bulgar wheat soon, which are a first for me.

Went on the hunt for some pearl millet or any type of millet for that matter and couldnt find any . Will have to try wholefoods next time I am in the US, they should have it. I hope.

Also popped into a store called Winners (bit like TK Maxx in the UK) and bought myself a fab new chopping board. A knife set (paring and santoku knife) then a fresh herb container (which keeps herbs fresh for much longer than normal if they were just as bought) and also 3 different bowls. I love having different types of dinnerware.

Then came back and made up a fresh potato salad.

and my 4 year old helped me shell the English peas for dinner. The things that amuse kids eh?? lol

I am also inspired by Silvermane to get my slowcooker out. I used it a lot before SW so I should carry on. I like the sound of your Aisian beef too. Now I have two things to try courtesy of the two of you. I have even planned next weeks menu already!

Silvermane if I can't find any at the weekend I'd be interested in a link for the pearl millet.

I am a bit weary of ordering food items on ebay if not coming from inside Canada, as customs can be a bit funny.

I will wait and see if I can get some at wholefoods, if anywhere has it, they will.

Hope you like it when yours arrives. It really is yummy

Might not being having leftovers tonight, it was 10 years ago today that me and hubby first met, so he suggested going out for a meal.

Depends on what time he can get away from work.
