Thought I would start a new food diary and hopefully I can manage to stay on track now for the rest of my pregnancy. I am not going to punish myself too much if I have a few days here and there where my focus isn't 100%, as my food aversions still come and go and some days are harder than others and of course the main thing is that I make sure I am eating something for my little growing one.
You will notice I always add a water section, this is to remind me to drink plenty of water. Which before starting Slimming World I was terrible at and because Slimming World is such a high fibre diet, it is important to make sure you have plenty of fluid alongside it to prevent uncomfortable bloating or even worse constipation. That
So here goes:
Tuesday 16th November - Extra Easy
Breakfast:-
Boiled Egg
2 Slices of Wholewheat Toast (HEb)
low fat spread (1 syn)
Fat free yoghurt with fresh blueberries and raspberries
Cup of tea with splash of milk (0.5 syns)
Lunch:-
Pasta with homemade Tomato Sauce
Parmesan Cheese (HEa)
Banana
Dinner:-
Braised Beef (1.5 syns)
Mash
Cabbage
Snacks:-
Strawberries with light cream (1 syn)
Skinny Cow fudge icelolly (2.5 syns)
Salt N Vinegar Sticks (4 syns)
Syns:- 10.5 syns
Water:-
6 glasses
