I first started following slimming world in 2009 after some horrible family holiday photos and comments from my boyfriend , mum, dad and brother on my size, my parents even started to hide foods from meIt did make me feel really bad at the time but i suppose they gave me the inspiration to get down from 12 st 13 to around 10st , then came my 18th birthday and a stone and a half, So Im back again this year just turned 19 at 11 st 9.5 and determined to stick to it this time, I want to get to my target of 8 st 7, theres not a particular date to aim for or special occasion just to be healthier, look slimmer and to get there when I can
I mainly follow red and green days as i find it abit of a chore having 1/3 superfree with meals as i dont like veg much, plus i like having an extra healthy extra
Anyway so since its only half 8 in the morining ill start with what i had yesterday
Yesterday 24/02/11 i was doing a Red day
Breakfast
Strawberry Activia
Alpen light (half of 1 HEX B)
Apple
Lunch
Carrot sticks
Alpen Light (other half of HEX B)
Another Strawberry Activia
Skips (4.5 Syns)
Bannana
Dinner
Chicken Legs and thighs with skin removed made in the oven with Shwart bbq shake, lemon rind, paprika and garlic salt ... mmm yummy
Bannana
Kelloggs Fibre plus (1 HEX B)
I've just realised i didnt have my HEX A yesterday oh well :/
