    Gained 2lbs - not good when I've reduced my target!!! So now im 4lbs away from target!!

    Breakfast: pineapple and yogurt

    Break: alpen light (1/2heb)

    Lunch: savoury rice with added sweetcorn and quorn pieces and banana

    Dinner: meat free bolognaise with pasta (2syns) possibly with cheese (hea)

    Need to not eat chocs today but I'm pretty sure I'll have a couple later when I'm feeling tired!!!!

    Yeah everything does feel a bit tighter...I didn't WI last week so I think it's an accumulation!!! Oh well, onwards and downwards!! :-) xx

    Congratulations on your baby!!

    Yeah it's so difficult to stick to it!! I can see myself falling into bad habits again and need to really keep myself focused!!! I've got 9 day trip after this which will be difficult taking food away, but I always have a stash of mugshots!!

    Good luck with getting to pre baby weight! I'm sure you'll be fine, esp being at home xxx

    Well a few weeks and you (and hopefully me too lol) will have the 4 lbs off and you will feel happier. Sometimes I wish I could just be happy with the extra few pounds but I just can't do it lol! Xxx

    Ok, so yesterday turned out to be a bit disastrous.... I dropped hubby up to my parents to watch football with my dad and ended up going in for a chat with my mum...she ended up cooking a load of canapés (think cheesey breadcrumb) which I then ended up eating!!! They're both on sw, I can't believe they ruined me!!! Then i went home, cooked sw dinner, but had a bowl of custard with chocolate buttons in after...random!!!

    So, I picked up the new sw mag yesterday and I'm going to read it this morning and get myself back into the zone!!!!! It's my 1 yr sw anniversary in 2 weeks, lol! And I'd like to happily be back at my first target...or ecstatically at my new target!!

    I'm away tonight on a 9 day trip, it's going to be sooooo hard, I'm going to try save all my syns for alcohol as they are usually really sociable trips...wish me luck!!!

    Lunch: egg pitta sandwich with cheese and beans (hea and b)
