    % Lost 14.54%
    I lost 9lb!! I'm thrilled. I know you lose more in your first week but wasn't expecting that!

    Thanks for all your support and help this past week. Planning tomorrow now....

    B - Scrambled egg, grilled tomatoes, baked beans followed by an apple

    L - Chicken salad, banana, frozen pineapple stick.

    D - Not sure yet, maybe spaghetti bolognese. Strawberry Quark cheesecake

    Weeks 25-32: -0.5lb
    Weeks 33-39: -6lb
    Total Weeks 1-39: -19.5lb
    Then over the next year while not using minimins, managed to put on 18lb...

    Starting again!

    So disappointed with myself. I was perfect for a week and got that great loss and now i've just had 3 shocking days.
    Saw my ex with his new wife and just totally fell off. Planning for tomorrow but want to just sit in a vat of chocolate milkshake and cry.

    Just think of what you have achieved in a week and dont let it go to waste. Do this for yourself.

    I've been in your situation, it does get better, but it does take time. Losing weight for yourself makes you feel really good about yourself as you start to wear new clothes

    A new week of eating well starts today, but consider weighing-in on Thursday as usual - it may not be as bad as you think

    Also must say-as you may have guessed from my page I also am an emotional eater, it is hard to resist temptation, but just think about how hot you will be when you lose all your weight and how good you will look, then you wont care about the stupid ex!!!

    Lose 4.5 stone;
    Lose 5 stone;
    Lose 5.5 stone;
    Lose 6 stone;

    Well that is a lot but takes me about 4 weeks per half stone so it should take me about 48 weeks, so lets say a year!!! xx

    Not quite the same but I spent the entire evening with my ex's new girlfriend yesterday and then he showed up later in the night. The joy!
    I was on my friends hen party and he ruined it a bit. But never mind.
