I lost 9lb!! I'm thrilled. I know you lose more in your first week but wasn't expecting that!
Thanks for all your support and help this past week. Planning tomorrow now....
B - Scrambled egg, grilled tomatoes, baked beans followed by an apple
L - Chicken salad, banana, frozen pineapple stick.
D - Not sure yet, maybe spaghetti bolognese. Strawberry Quark cheesecake
