    I have been faffing around for the last few months losing and gaining the same few lbs. Ive been doing it alone from home so have made the executive decision to join a group tomorrow to give me the kick up the backside i need to lose the final stone or so Will be interesting to see how my home scales compare to the SW ones!

    So new diary for my "new start"

    Tuesday 7th June

    Breakfast

    Soup (onion, broccoli, courgette, stock pot) - FREE
    Bread - 1 slice WM medium slice HEb1
    was still hungry as ate my mango earlier on which was supposed to be for lunch so had a mugshot too-FREE

    Dinner
    Spinach and goats cheese pasta (pasta, tinned tomatoes, spinach, goats cheese HEb2, toasted pine nuts 5)
    HEa SS milk in tea/coffee throughout day
    3 squares lindt chocolate 7.5syns

    Thought i would check HE amount and syns for the goats cheese/pine nuts and they are half the amount now than what I have on my old sheets I had been working from! Eek. Luckily have enough syns to cover it both days

    I tend to have a big breakfast and lunch on a thurs as i work late then head straight to the gym for a couple of classes. Sometimes as able to grab something in work but was rushed off my feet today so no chance!

    Thursday 9th June

    Also realised today that I have a work thing on next week same time as my class so I cant make my flippen first WI! Will have to investigate what other classes there are to crash next week

    Going out tonight, well looking forward to it-feel like i havent been out in ages! Just going to drive to save money and syns! If im peckish when i get in today may turn into a green day so i can have some spaghetti hoops or something free, and the prawns for dinner can be a HEb
