Now to maintain...
I have been faffing around for the last few months losing and gaining the same few lbs. Ive been doing it alone from home so have made the executive decision to join a group tomorrow to give me the kick up the backside i need to lose the final stone or so
Will be interesting to see how my home scales compare to the SW ones!
So new diary for my "new start"

I tend to have a big breakfast and lunch on a thurs as i work late then head straight to the gym for a couple of classes. Sometimes as able to grab something in work but was rushed off my feet today so no chance!

Also realised today that I have a work thing on next week same time as my class so I cant make my flippen first WI! Will have to investigate what other classes there are to crash next week

Going out tonight, well looking forward to it-feel like i havent been out in ages! Just going to drive to save money and syns! If im peckish when i get in today may turn into a green day so i can have some spaghetti hoops or something free, and the prawns for dinner can be a HEb

TMI My dinner last night went right through me 
had cramps all throughout the night and tummy still feels dodge so not a not of food consumed today!
