Hello All!!
Not sure if I'll be remembered from before, but I have been round the SW, WW, CD, Slimfast blocks a time or two over the last few years!!
Well, I'm back!! Have just booked a lovely summer holiday for 2012, and my app tells me I have 314 days to get bikini beautiful!! So here goes, a final (and proper) bash at SW!!
My plan is, sensible exercise, strict SW'ing, and lot of water and sleep!! Cut down the boozing (booooo!!), and generally work on being healthy!! Am on a bit of a budget, so no gym membership for me. Lucky I live near a running track, and have a cupboard full of exercise DVD's. Wont be going to SW groups for now, but am gonna see if I can get my Dr to prescribe?! Does anyone know the rules for that, min weight etc? Will be weighing at home for now on Monday mornings it seems!! No weekend cheats for me then?!
Anyway, just popping in to say howdy, am determined to keep this up, it always seems to be the first thing to go when I start to slip!! Not this time, am taking responsibility, and am gonna need someone to be accountable to!!
