    Well here I am. Been struggling for a good few weeks now and really have to get myself into gear!!! I weigh in Wednesday night so my new week starts thurs morning. I only have three days left this week obviously so have 45 syns to count down til weds night and gonna be flexi with my syns (as have already had them all this morning lol). Please any advice or views would be good!!!

    Is this looking ok?? Apart from obvious things like bagels and jam roly poly. Both of which I'm glad to say are gone so no more temptation. WI in 2 hours excited!!!!

    Thankyou. No do a mixture of green and extra easy (just edited posts as forgot to put in what im doing apart from mon! Oops). Love extra easy as it's so easy but like green days as you get extra healthy extras.
