    You also mentioned somewhere about egg recipes I make pasta pies - make a batchelors pasta 'n' sauce with water, mix together with 4 eggs and bake in the oven til set (about 35-40 mins). Tasty hot or cold and you make them to suit you different flavours, add veg, beans etc

    Thank you so so much! That is so very nice of you. It was really hard to write. I just started and it kept flowing. Find it quite difficult to read now but hopefully I will look back in a year or twos time and think "I dont want anymore, I am!"

    My aunt got the op to remove the fluid last night and she is sitting up, talking, asking to brush her teeth! Its fantastic!!! So so so pleased!! I hope it stays that way til she gets her big op (which is now Friday! Grrrrr)


    I have been in SUCH a good mood today. Was so pleased with my 2.5lbs!
    I wasnt expecting it at all, arent they great ones hehe. But Im not gonna let it make me expect it. 1lb a week and I will be happy!

    Im up at my mums now and went to M&S. I have clocked up at least 10 syns from picking at bits and pieces here. Its awful. At home Id not have had any yet, or be about to sit down to a hot choc and a fibre plus bar. Not here though. But oh well. I put it in my mouth so I have to count them!

    Will do my food diary soon as I have some of my dinner left and I'm contemplating eating it still. I have a ton left for lunches too so good good good!

    Hope all is well with anyone else who may be stopping by. Its silly how much I look forward to chatting to someone on here. To sharing my day and my experience and talking to someone else who may be going or who has been through it.

    see above replica line of the one drawn for me by your fair hands earlier on! this is your positivity line - your loss this week shows you that you are too hard on yourself (I tend to be as well outwardly but I like to think i'm an internal optomist).

    From here on in give yourself a bit of a break. Also after my W/I each week I think about the week I have ahead of me and decide my target loss for that week - so this week I said 2lbs cos its busy and i cant really concentrate on it - today i reallised how busy and have remoddled that to 1lb off - and some weeks I'll be happy to stay the same. I find it helps me not get too frustrated if I'm having a bad day or a bad week if I've set a weekly target and it's still achievable otherwise I'll just blow it.

    as for the bag of stuff for your mums, maybe you could just keep a couple of bits in your handbag or car and say you brought it cos you just really fancied it - or say that the diet is a bit restrictive on what you can have. I couldnt get away with this at my house because a. my mums done it and b. i don't stop banging on about how you can eat ANYTHING you want and its so not like a diet!

    Also.... soooooo pleased to hear about your auntie, been dying to get time today to get on and tell you i was thinking about her but its been mental - did find time to send up a few prayers though (normally when i was in a lift or on the loo but they all count! haha!) - i even was soooo hectic that I rushed out the door after my dinner tonight without turning the gas ring on my cooker off - could have had no house if i wasn't so lucky!

    anyway loving the new positive you and well done on the weigh in - if you can do it last week you can do it any week!!!!

    Hi lovely! You are so right. Why be negative about things. Its only me that it will affect. New me! Gonna be happy now!!

    I think targets are a good idea but they scare me too. I will get down on myself if I dont meet them! But I am aiming for a lb a week until my holiday to portugal next year. And after that too obviously. I do think after each weigh in "Okay if I loose a lb a week from now then I will be..... then next time its Okay but if I loose a lb a week from NOW it will be." Its fantastic to think about it long term, as that it what really matters. BTW, I think if I loose a lb a week from now til I go il be something like 14stone 12lbs? Or thereabouts. Thats just CRAZY for me. Im not that girl (but I WILL be!!)

    Went to do food diary last night but my mums internet wasnt working, and then I started Man Vs. Food which i LOVE but it makes me wanna eat hahaha. So I went to bed and watched it there as there is no food there! haha.

    PS: Ohmygoodness!! You coulda have been a homeless slimming worlder!! There should be like a special shelter for people that only does slimming world food for circumstances like that. Although thankfully you didnt need it!! =D hahaha

    Lunch: SW wegdes with bacon and cheese, passata and a banana.
    Dinner: XLean mince & spaghetti frittata (sp?) which was put into my head by *claire*! Thanks! =D It was SO good and my mum loved it so I can make it more there! (peppers, onion, carrot in it and salad on the side!)
    Snacks: 2 (HEB) ryvita crackers, Cheese spread (HEA), Branston pickle (4?) Bite of M&S cookie YUM (2) Bite of biscuit at mums (2) Bite of hubbys sandwhich he made with leftover dinner (3) Slice of leftover frittata (sp?).
    Syns: 11(ish)

    Need to find out what Branston is like for syns as im guessing, which is bad! I miss the SW site and being able to look things up! I may rejoin when the app comes out for the handiness of it!

    Okay so it seems that branston is 1syn for 1 level spoon.
    Seriously...how do you get a level spoonful of something with chunks?
    I had 2 spoonfuls worth (since they have to be level) with my lunch too so theres 2 syns gone without even thinking. Oh well, was nice on my salad and I dont need syns for tonight. Gonna have a hot choc and curly wurly with hubby I think. Looking forward to it.

    I had a good day today. Loved my dinner. It was so tasty! Yay. Positive thinking is working. Also, after getting a promotion in work last week I'm finally getting to do more. Got some mgt meetings today and got some daily stuff I gotta do. Slow but sure! Just like losing weight!!

    Hubby is so cute! He really wants to tone up. Has always wanted too but he's really trying now. Sit ups etc. So tonight he does press ups and sit ups for ages... Then walks into the living room with a bag of crisps. He doesn't even like crisps all that much. Hes all about chocolate. Aw. I do love him!! Haha

    just one thought - id watch the number of eggs you're eating a day - i know they are super filling and wholey recommend them for breakfast - too much can be bad for your cholestoral (sp?) I think?

    Yeah D, I actually noticed that when I was writing it. Didnt realise how many of them I had had! Eeeek.
    I didnt have egg this morning, I have some in my lunch (leftover from yesterdays dinner) and wont have any for my dinner so Im not having too much today and will try to not have any tomorrow!

    My stomach is so bloated today! Im wearing a dress that I wore at my biggest to try to hide it. Dont know where it came from! Hmmm. Looks like a big water day for me. (Im so bad at drinking water at the minute!)
