    1st goal - to loose that 7lbs which would take me to 11st 9.5lbs - ACHIEVED!!!!!

    despite still feeling light headed and so went to another weigh in cause missed Mon night - so 9 days of 100% behaving , weighing in the morn rather than evening what do I loose?..........

    Have you been eating enough?? Seriously, this can be as bad as over eating - when you feel rubbish your body doesn't work as it normally does - gang in there - next week you'll feel better, and hopefully, with another good week you see it on (well off) the scales

    I did wonder that cause some days ive not eaten much cause head not in gear that day & been super busy.
    Just emailed the last 3wks diary to my consultant to ask her opinion.
    I still feel pants, so think im just feeling sorry for myself lol
    Away this weekend & will have no control over food (going back to where we used to live and so meals out at diff friends, friday, sat & sun night) so will be eating more whether i like it or not x
