    I resisted visiting the bakers AND Costa on my way home today! deserve a freaking medal!

    Got my hours for the rest of the week today, working on Saturday - haven't done that in a while! Pretty excited to start properly as it's just been induction stuff these past 2 days, really want to start doing some actual work!

    Bf said I can make those muffins on pay day lol. So will report the results when I make them

    Went on the scales today and was pleased to see the 18s again! Hopefully they stay that way for official weigh in on Saturday

    I can really see the weight loss now, noticed in the mirror how slim I'm looking! Well slim in a still fat way lol. I think when you can see the difference it makes you that more determined to stay on plan

    I know I've been arsing around recently but no more!! I've done so well its absolutely pointless to let it slip now!! You can't spend 7 months working hard to put it all back on in less than half that time - thats how easy it'd be for me to gain what I've lost. Not letting that happen !

    I joined the 6 months to xmas challenge and have aimed for 30lbs this time, more doable than the last target I set! Really think I can achieve this one

    I was looking at the before/after pics on the forum and couldn't stop thinking I wish that was me! So I'm gonna do it I'm going to get to target! Eventually lol I'm not in a rush

    Snacks: galaxy flutes (6 syns) weetabix (HEB & rest of HEA) 3 satsumas, greek muller (0.5 syn) mango, kiwi, eggs & ham on a slice of wheat and gluten free bread (the bf is an idiot & bought the wrong bread!! 3.5 syns)

    I really think those special k bars should be a B choice, they taste just like fibre bars

    Got a galaxy flute to try so having that after dinner

    Gonna grab more fruit today too as I ate all the grapes last night, oops!

    Yep pretty motivated! Finding it hard though been really hungry today. But I've managed to stick to it 2 days in a row now which is great considering my recent behaviour lol!

    They're £1 in Tesco too! £2 is ridic! Bf eats medley bars cos they are always on offer. I just get whatever is 5 syns ish and £1 lol xx

    Just ordered dinner, feel like death just now as I've not eaten since lunch!

    Will be weighing in early tomorrow as I start work at my actual WI time! Really hope I've done well, but trying not to get my hopes up about it

    Ooooh also... I got my college results today!! A A A!!!! Will be going to my first choice uni, booya! Totally deserve a drink in celebration for that but sadly can't be hungover tomorrow lol. Going to meet up with mates at the end of the month to celebrate if I don't have to work the day after, that is weekend working is a shock to the system and I've not even done it yet!! Haha! But tbh, I love my new job !! So much better than sitting in a call centre twiddling my thumbs!

    EE today

    Breakfast: coffee (part A)
    Lunch: weetabix (rest of HEA plus HEB)
    Dinner: Chinese takeaway- 1/2 portion chicken chow mein (3.5 syns) 1/2 portion chicken in batter (8.5 syns) chicken noodle soup (can't find syns, it's just noodles & stock & chicken though right?!)
    Snacks: doubt I'll have anything after dinner
    Total syns: 11.5

    I actually can't believe I'm having a Chinese for under 15 syns? The soup must have syns!

    PS I know this is a terrible day even if I have stayed under syns, there's no superfree in sight (well apart from veg in the chow mein) but I
    have reasons! I had a hectic morning, followed by a hectic afternoon, then I was working without a break so actually didn't have time to eat! Next time I do a shift like that I'll eat better, promise

    There doesn't seem to be a routine just now, hope it settles into one eventually. Yeah defo need to prepare more. Had so much stuff going on before my shift, need to chill out next time there's one like that and not run about daft forgetting to eat or even think to take food with me!
