well done for jumping back on i too put on about a stone n the last 4 week!! not good but i know i just have to work that much harder now to lose it all good luck il be following this thread x

That's fab hun, well done you!! I know what you mean, I've loved all the food/drink over Christmas but really can't wait to get weighed tonight, put it behind me and get back on plan 100% in the morning.

Hey no sneaking back in ....lovely to have you back irregardless of any excess gain from xmas.
I too will be facing the scales on Thurs and I know they will not be kind. What important is to just keep trying our hardest everyday and recognising we are human and life carries on and sometimes our choices aren't the best but we are still here

Well, the moment of truth has been. Wait for it..I can't believe it..half a pound..OFF!! Eeek, I am so chuffed! I know it's only a tiny half pound, but I've still lost and boy, it feels sooooo good
Now it's time to start focusing and getting back on plan properly. Tomorrow is the start of a new week and a new me. I will be slim by summer.
