    Hi everyone - Happy New Year! Hope you've all had a fab time over the festive period

    Well, I've gone absolutely biserk over Christmas & New Year and have decided that tomorrow is going to be my "start over". I have weigh in tonight, which I am dreading! At last weeks weigh in (the day after Boxing Day) I gained a whopping 6.5lb!! After the amount of alcohol consumed New Years Eve and New Years day, and all of the scrummy food throughout the last week I have no doubt that I will have a similar gain tonight.

    I'm not going to lie, I am gutted. This means I will probably have re-gained everything I had lost, but the main thing is that I enjoyed myself and I'm now 100% ready to get back on the bandwagon.

    I decided that to go with my new start I needed a new Food Diary, so here it is I'll no longer be writing in my old diary "The Princess Diaries (..and blog all in one)", but thank you all so much for your support and lovely comments throughout.

    My main motivation this time is that it will be my 21st Birthday in July - I'll also be having a Summer Holiday around August time and want to look (and feel) great for both of these events!

    Fingers crossed the damage at Weigh In tonight won't be too high. Will keep you all updated!

    New food diary starting tomorrow - watch this space

    Thanks hun!! It feels great to come back to the forum and everyones lovely support after a tough couple of weeks

    Not to worry about your gain, I'm sure that the majority of us are in the same boat. The main thing is that you have enjoyed yourself, and that you are ready to get back on the bandwagon and lose that weight again - well done!!

    Do you have a food diary on here? I'm just looking for a bit of inspiration on the way xx

    Thank you so much for your lovely comment! So looking forward to getting 100% back on plan tomorrow - going to plan some lovely meals, etc, tonight and also have a look at fitting in some extra Body Magic this week - I'm working towards my Silver Award

    That's fab hun, well done you!! I know what you mean, I've loved all the food/drink over Christmas but really can't wait to get weighed tonight, put it behind me and get back on plan 100% in the morning.

    I've got just over 3 hours until Weigh In, and I can't wait. I know I'll have gained, but it doesn't matter. Roll on tomorrow!! xx

    Well, the moment of truth has been. Wait for it..I can't believe it..half a pound..OFF!! Eeek, I am so chuffed! I know it's only a tiny half pound, but I've still lost and boy, it feels sooooo good

    Now it's time to start focusing and getting back on plan properly. Tomorrow is the start of a new week and a new me. I will be slim by summer.

    Thanks hun, just back from WI and half a pound off! I am absolutely chuffed

    My gain will be shifted in no time - as will yours! 4lb could be off within a week or two, I'm sure you'll do fantastically well!
