Hi everyone - Happy New Year! Hope you've all had a fab time over the festive period
Well, I've gone absolutely biserk over Christmas & New Year and have decided that tomorrow is going to be my "start over". I have weigh in tonight, which I am dreading! At last weeks weigh in (the day after Boxing Day) I gained a whopping 6.5lb!! After the amount of alcohol consumed New Years Eve and New Years day, and all of the scrummy food throughout the last week I have no doubt that I will have a similar gain tonight.
I'm not going to lie, I am gutted. This means I will probably have re-gained everything I had lost, but the main thing is that I enjoyed myself and I'm now 100% ready to get back on the bandwagon.
I decided that to go with my new start I needed a new Food Diary, so here it is I'll no longer be writing in my old diary "The Princess Diaries (..and blog all in one)", but thank you all so much for your support and lovely comments throughout.
My main motivation this time is that it will be my 21st Birthday in July - I'll also be having a Summer Holiday around August time and want to look (and feel) great for both of these events!
Fingers crossed the damage at Weigh In tonight won't be too high. Will keep you all updated!

good luck with your new thread and new start. You did amazing last year so you know you can do it. At least the Christmas weight is usually a bit easier to shift. Plenty of water and veggies and you'll be grand.

Hey no sneaking back in ....lovely to have you back irregardless of any excess gain from xmas.
I too will be facing the scales on Thurs and I know they will not be kind. What important is to just keep trying our hardest everyday and recognising we are human and life carries on and sometimes our choices aren't the best but we are still here
