    porridge made with water HEXB
    added quark but it was yuk!

    Lunch
    fatfree yoghurt
    fibre plus HEXB
    banana

    Dinner
    left overs from last night meatballs and pasta
    cheese HEXA

    kitkat chunky.....had 8 syns then gave the rest to my husband!

    Hi Sara, i agree some of my lunches have been small. I have been so busy at work thats all i have had time for...also been going out for walks(get me!!!) at lunch which has given me less time to eat. I will try to work out a better plan though!

    We was a bit annoyed this morning as i was all set to have my WI but my scales (digital) just would not work....so i weighed in on the wii fit which i know was a different set of scales booo I think i have lost a pound....so now i have lost half a stone yey!!!!

    TBC as the oven is now broken and its treat night

    ok so the oven not working has deeply scuppered my sw this week. I think i will be lucky to sts as a few naughties have eeked in.
    I will still syn them though.

    oh dear! Not good today....COMPLETE WRITE OFF.... can def say over syn allowance.....so i will start again tomorrow.back on that wagon.....i am VERY annoyed with myself. It is no excuse but sometimes loved ones really do not help either grrrrr.
