Hi all been on SW for 2 weeks now and have lost 8lbs so far
still got another 58 to go tho! Decided to do a food and weight loss diary to help keep me going. Done EE for the first 2 weeks but feeling a little bloated from all the carbs so thinking of trying red for a while so any advice/ recipe ideas for red would be much appreciated
