My Food/Weightloss Diary :-)

Hi all been on SW for 2 weeks now and have lost 8lbs so far :) still got another 58 to go tho! Decided to do a food and weight loss diary to help keep me going. Done EE for the first 2 weeks but feeling a little bloated from all the carbs so thinking of trying red for a while so any advice/ recipe ideas for red would be much appreciated :) x x
 
Good luck. I can't offer much advice on original days sorry - I've only ever done EE. I do think it's a fab way to lose weight and something that can easily be adapted to every day life. Good luck on your journey xx
 
THURSDAY - EE

BREAKFAST
28g Bran Flakes HEXB
Skimmed Milk HEXA
Banana
Cup of tea.

DINNER
Chicken Breast with Salad (toms, cucumber, beetroot) and Low Fat Nat Cottage Cheese
Activia 0% fat raspberry yoghurt.

TEA
Mushy Pea Curry (mushy peas, beans, onions, curry powder, fry light)
Slimming World chips.

SNACKS
Options Hot Choc - 2 Syns
Curly Wurly - 6 Syns

Total - 8 Syns.

Had a good day today been very focused and 100% - even when OH came home from work with 2 boxes of cad fingers and a mixed kebab covered in garlic mayo (my fave naughtiness) x x
 
FRIDAY - EE

BREAKFAST
28g Bran Flakes HEXB
Skimmed Milk HEXA
Banana, Cherries.

DINNER
Jacket Potato, Baked Beans, Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Salad.
Activia 0% fat yog.

TEA
Spag Bol (ex lean mince beef, chopped toms, passata, onion, peppers, Italian herbs, fry light)
Spaghetti.

SNACKS
Options Hot Choc - 2 Syns
Kellogg's Fibre Plus Bar - 6 Syns

Total 8 Syns.
 
SATURDAY - GREEN

BREAKFAST
28g Bran Flakes HEXB
Skimmed Milk HEXA
Banana.

DINNER
Bean and Cherry Tomato Omlette
Activia 0% Fat Yog.

TEA
Smash Pizza (Tesco Value Mash, Passata, 42g Red Fat Cheese HEXA).

SNACKS
2 x Alpen Light HEXB
Quark mixed with Options White Hot Choc - 2 Syns.

Total - 2 Syns.
 
Off to the gym in the morning as haven't had much motivation for it this week a went loads last week but only lost 1lb :-/
Back to the hard work tomorrow tho!
 
That does happens when you increase your exercise. Keep at it and you'll see the losses happen xx

1lb per week is still a great loss. You will always slow around weeks 2-3 and beware of totm too. Good luck with the gym. Im off there tonight too :) x
