    Ps. Its kinda weird to think that mugshots are free.. Ate them n then looked at the packet to see they were 248 cals per packet. Felt kinda guilty afterwards. Guess im more used to cal counting as opposed to the SW plan. U can take the diet outa the girl but u cant take the girl outa the diet!!!

    Totally get what you mean about calories in mugshots!! I thought they were too high in calories to be free! I tend to have them as part of a meal like with some salad etc then it feels ok to be eating them!lol!! I still can't believe the diet works...I mean I k ow it does, I'm at target but it still baffles me! I said to my husband the other day, sw has revolutionised my life...no more worrying about carbs!!!

    Hi guys! Yeah even the low fat supernoodles-over 300cals a pack. Wont mess with the system tho-obv gets results. Congrats on ur target getting B's! Real inspiration.
    Yea smint-they are delish. Esp with a dash of balsamic (on the chicken ones).
