Feeling lots better but still sticking to plain food just incase, can't risk any time off school this week as its busy busy busy!!
Made it a red day as I'm still not fancying fruit/veg
B - 2 crispbakes/crisprolls (3 syns)
3 Grilled turkey rashers
2 tsp clover light (2 syns)
L - 2 400g brown bread sandwich - ham salad (hexb)
D - Lean ham, mushrooms, slimming world chips
Hexa - milk
Drinks - tea with skimmed milk, water
Will try for more veg tomorrow as feeling a lot better
