    Never heard of them lol. I'm doing ok bar eating everything in sight. Totm started today though so hopefully will get better now. WI is Monday x

    I hate totm!! Always plays havoc with me too! I go up 5lbs sometimes!! Good luck though due weigh in

    Today is Friday and that's 6 days in plan 100% no offs feeling good and in control, love having that feeling... Just being able to eat again! Lush!!!!!!!!

    Having a red day today..... Feel the need for meat!!

    Breakfast

    3 bacon blt on wholemeal roll (Hexb) Tom sauce and exrtra light mayo (3 syns)
    2 egg omelette with cottage cheese... Some half fat cheese grated on (1/2 hexa )


    Lunch
    Chicken salad 1 teaspoon mayo (1 syn) 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream.. Very small guess (5 syns)

    Dinner

    Sardines on toast Hexb, spread with light soft cheese (1/4 hexa)
    Muller yog minty one
    Cup tea
    Glass diet lemonade
    3 Clementines

    Feeling really pleased, I did have steak for tonight but cooked it and gave it to my son.... And for ten mins I was looking through the directory at takeaways... But I decided not to do it and have sardines for tea instead.... Glad I did they were yummy!!! Plus it saved me money and showed I could do it, previously I woulda gone for the takeaway, but not now

    On to the weekend now

    Didnt sleep well last night, we went off to the pub in the end and i had a few diet cokes ( resisting all the crisps and nuts which were on the table).. it really made it hard to sleep so was tossing and turning so i decided just to get out of bed at 6.30am this morning, i didnt get to sleep till 1 am!! ..... I know that this is my trigger time.....tiredness is a killer and it always makes me feel very hungry!!

    But am determined to fight this, only 49 days till holiday and i really want to feel better than i do now......I am starting to notice a difference in my belly area, its gone a little flatter than before, but still am very flabby!! legs too are so horrid with all dimples of fat over them not nice at all..... i do wonder why couldn't i stop myself before eating and making myself like it.....

    But its the weekend and i have 60 syns to keep me going over the weekend which i have saved from my weekly allowance.... I def prefer to do this weekly and log them all..... I hope i don't use them all but we have a party tomorrow night and going to have some vodkas and slimline tonics with fresh limes

    Dinner was a lovely sw chicken curry syn free from curry heaven book with cottage cheese and salad yummy!!! Then another curly wurly coz I saved my syns (6 syns)

    So 19 syns used today....

    I have 41 left for tomorrow if I need them! Yay!!!!!

    You can beat it. Just make sure you have lots of super free around for snacking on if you need to. I'm with you on focusing for the holiday. We will do this x stay focused and strong x

    Did well on the food front and stayed in control but went over on the champagne!! Well back on plan today...

    Been out for valentines it was a fish and chip supper!! So only had diet coke and Chips with mushy peas... Think the syns would be about 15 syns for the chips and free for the peas.... Flexi day I think!!

    So syns 19.5.... Very pleased..... Gave fish to hubby
