Tuesday 7th February: EE

Breakfast:
Strawberries, kiwis, blueberries all cut up with a muller light vanilla and choc

Lunch:
Homemade carrot and red lentil soup, toastie made with 2 slices nimble (HEb), ham and low low cheese (HEa).

Dinner:
SW chips, boiled brown rice, homemade curry with chicken, passata and peppers & veg.

Snacks:
Apples, Curly Wurly (6syns)

Didnt have the curly wurly last night as I wasnt hungry :eek::eek::eek::eek: unheard of!!!

Weigh in tonight and im a little scared! I had a bit of a heavy weekend with drink involved as it was a girls day out on Sunday. Lunch was grand as I had cod with everyone else's veg!!! But the alcohol syns are off the scale!!! Oops.

Wednesday 8th February - EE

Breakfast:
Strawberries, kiwi, blueberries all cut up with muller light yoghurt.

Lunch:
Homemade Potato & Leek soup, apple.

Dinner:
Leftover curry and rice from last night with extra veg.

Snacks:
Apples & Curly Wurly (6 syns)
 
Lost 1lb last night, delighted with that as had been out with the girls on a wee session on Sunday but clawed it back with good food choices and low syns for the rest of the week. :clap:Think im more determined this time and dedicated now that ive got my own house and am in control of all my own food and choices. :happy036: Have lost 8.5lbs in 4 weeks so im over the moon. :bliss:

I realised last night at 10.00 that I hadnt had my HEs yesterday so had some lovely cheese on nimble bread - felt so naughty. :D

Thursday 9th February - EE

Breakfast:
Strawberries, kiwi, apple, blueberries all chopped up with a muller light yoghurt.

Lunch:
Homemade carrot and lentil soup, nimble bread (Heb) toastie with ham and cheese (Hea).

Dinner:
Diet Coke chicken with SW chips and veg.

Snacks:
Apple, Curly Wurly (6)
 
I'm fine thanks hun, not really losing much weight at the moment though and am thinking of going to the dark side / ww for a few weeks, hehe.

Well last night I was working until 8.15, came home and started cooking. I made some Sprite Zero chicken (technically the same as Diet Coke chicken only I had none in house!) :D It was lovely, I had it with a lovely crispy baked potato and loads of veg. Also made some KFC style gougons with the remainder of the chicken so dinner tonight is sorted!!! :kissass:
Every Friday I go for lunch with my aunt so off I went today to see what was on the menu. They had a poached chicken dish with some type of sauce. I asked for it with the sauce on the side and veg rather than potatoes. Well when it came out it was literally a chicken breast which had been poached in water (looked very unappetising). :jelous: I had about four bits of carrot on my plate and loads of sprouts so asked the girl for a side of carrots! She looked at me a little funny! :silly: But with the extra carrots and chicken I had a little bit of sauce and it was delic! :D

Friday 10th February - EE

Breakfast:
Oatsosimple with Ryvita crumbled into it(HEb) with water and sweetner, an apple.

Lunch:
Chicken breast with sauce (5?), lots of carrots and an apple.

Dinner:
KFC style chicken, SW chips and veg.

Snacks:
Might have couple Magners Lite (9)
 
It is really nice, quite sweet though.

Didnt have the magners lite last night, ended up going to a friends house after scouts and I drove so all I had was a couple glasses of pop. :angel:

Food today however has been a little haywire. :silly:Wasnt home from friends house after leaving other girls home until 2.45 this morning and had to get up to leave my boyfriend to work at 7.30am!!! :zz: Was knackered then went to the cinema with the beavers at 10.00am and watched the muppets movie. Had a small sweet popcorn (10 syns?) for breakfast!!!! :eek:

Came home and spent the rest of the day doing washing and cooking. :eating:Made roasted pepper and butternut squash soup for lunch, more sprite zero chicken with sw chips and rice and a casserole for tomorrows dinner!

Was stuffed after dinner but had room for ben & jerry's 100g chocolate fudge brownie ice-cream which was 12.5syns.

So food wise been a little crazy today but hey i didnt use many yesterday and ill keep them down tomorrow as well.

Saturday 11th February - EE

Breakfast:
Small sweet popcorn (10 syns?)

Lunch:
Roasted red pepper and butternut squash soup.

Dinner:
Sprite zero chicken with peppers and mushrooms, brown rice and sw chips with cheese (HEa)
Ben & Jerry's Choc fudge brownie ice-cream (12.5syns)
 
Well was up with the lark this morning due to my boyfriend getting up to go golfing and waking me!!!! :mad:

Decided to lie on and read for a while and got up about 11.30. I then got up and made brunch. I had an omelette with green peppers and mushrooms, bacon, heb of nimble and 1/2 hea of cheese with the other half for milk throughout the day. Was yummy. :0clapper:

Then went shopping for some quark and made the 1/2 syn roulade but took out the baking powder to make it syn free. I must say it is delicious. :D

So now just waiting on bf to get back from golf and we can go for a couple of drinks which im looking forward to!

Sunday 12th February - EE

Brunch:
2 egg omelette with peppers and mushrooms, bacon, heb of nimble, hea of cheese/milk.

Dinner:
Beef casserole & syn free roulade.

Syns:
Magners lite x 2 = 9
 
No alcohol last night either, when bf came home from golf he was too tired to go out so we had dinner then got a dvd. Think this is the first weekend since (can't remember when) that I havent had a drink!!! :D

Got Horrible Bosses out - must say its a horrible film. Stupid storyline and plot - cant believe Jennifer Aniston and Kevin Spacey were in it! :confused:

So while watching the film bf had a large tub of strawberry cheesecake haagen daz AND a tub of nachos while I had 2 packets of multipack wotsits (10) and a curly wurly (6) with a glass of fanta zero. :innocent0002:

Monday 13th February - EE

Breakfast:
Strawberries, kiwi, blueberries chopped up in a muller light vanilla and choc yoghurt.

Lunch:
Red pepper and butternut squash soup. Toastie with HEb nimble, ham and 1/2 HEa of cheese.

Dinner:
Italian Spicy Haddock & Prawns with SW chips and 1/2 HEa of cheese.
 
Didnt have the chips last night, made loaded potato skins instead - it was yum. :D
Very lazy night last night, made my dinner then sat with my feet up and watched all the soaps as bf was working. Lovely wee night to relax!

I scale hopped this morning and they are saying I have lost 11lbs:eek: haha if that were still true tomorrow night I would be amazed!!! I know I shouldnt be scale hopping but always do on a Tuesday morning to let me see if im going the right direction for a Wednesday night! :rolleyes:

Just a regular day for me today as me and my bf dont believe in Valentine's day. We say we love each other every day of the week! :D

Tuesday 14th February - EE

Breakfast:
Strawberries, blueberries, kiwi all chopped up with muller light vanilla and choc yoghurt. Apple afterwards.

Lunch:
Roasted red pepper and butternut squash soup, leftover italian haddock and prawns with egg noodles.

Snack:
Muller light yoghurt & apple.

Dinner:
Homemade chicken curry with rice & sw chips.

Rose wine spritzer x2 (12)
 
Well went home last night and didnt have the curry as my bf made me a pork chop, baby boiled potatoes and loads of veg. I washed it all down with two glasses of rose wine spritzer. Lovely wee nite. :D

Watched the biggest loser last night, couldnt believe how well they all looked with the makeover. Thankfully Gerard went.

We are having a taster night at the class tonight, unfort I cant stay as im working tonight but I have made the 1/2 syn roulade. Mine is syn free though as I dont put any baking powder in it.

Woke up this morning to bacon, scrambled egg and toast made by my bf. Yummy. :D

Wednesday 15th February - EE

Breakfast:
Bacon, scrambled egg and two slices nimble toasted (HEb). Apple

Lunch:
Pasta and chicken with peppers and homemade sauce. Apple.

Dinner:
Potato & leek homemade soup.

Syns:
Pkt wotsits (5) & Curly Wurly (6) = 11

Lost 4lbs last night, im over the moon!!! :D Thats 12.5lbs in 5 weeks which I am delighted with. :D

Was working til late last night so had some potato and leek soup for my dinner instead of the curry. It was yummy.

When I got home I was shattered so had a wee squizz at my facebook to catch up while eating a packet of wotsits and a curly wurly with a cup of coffee - yummy!

Thursday 16th February - EE

Breakfast:
Strawberries, blueberries, kiwi with muller light yoghurt.

Lunch:
Homemade vegetable soup, 4 ryvita (HEb) with 2 laughing cow light triangles (1/2 Hea) and ham. Apple

Dinner:
Chicken curry with baked potato & 2 laughing cow light triangles (1/2 Hea)

Friday 17th February - EE

Breakfast:
Porridge (Heb) made with milk (Hea)

Lunch:
Chicken with herbs & veg with 3 roast potatoes (8?)

Dinner:
Curry with noodles.

Went for 2 mile walk today as the weather was lovely - cold but sunny! Then decided it would be a really good idea to do 1 day level 1 of 30 day shred! Ouch is all I can say!!! However ive done day 1 so I know now what to expect!!! :D

Went out for a friend's engagement party last night and had four magners lite so went bit over the syns yesterday however will keep them low over the next few days to make up for it.

Saturday 18th February - EE

Brunch:
3 slices of lean bacon, omelette and beans.

Dinner:
Salmon with sw chips and veg.

Syns:
Pkt wotsits (6)

Im in major pain all over, mostly from the D1L1 of 30 day shred but also have a pain in my belly button which is excrutiating! Off to the docs at 10.00am so hopefully they can tell me what is wrong! :confused:

Yesterday I had a bit of an up and down day! Got up yesterday morning and tidied the house then made a brunch of bacon, omelette and toast with coffee. Then walked to Asda and back - plenty of body magic, esp with the walk back with two heavy shopping bags! :D

My boyfriend had been away to a family thing (I dont go to them, long story) so when he came back we went to the bar for a couple of drinks. Think I had 4 magners lite (18) then on way home we bought chinese! I had half singapore chow mein which I have no idea how to syn! :eek:

Think ill maybe just right yesterday off. Im back on track today!

Monday 20th February - EE

Breakfast:
Strawberries, blueberries, kiwi with muller light yoghurt.

Lunch:
Smoked haddock with chopped tomatoes & noodles.

Dinner:
Homemade chicken gougons (Heb) for breadcrumbs with sw cheesy (Hea) chips and veg.
