I've been meaning to pop a food diary up on here for a couple of weeks but never seem to get round to doing it, so while I'm letting my lovely spag bol go down I thought it was about time I did!!!!![]()
All thoughts and comments welcome.....I'll start with Saturday as that's my weigh in day.
Maybe I should say that I started just over 6 weeks ago and have lost exactly a stoneideally I'd like to lose another 2 and a half stone by end of July/beginning of August (ready for hols).
Here goes.....Saturday - green -
Breakfast - fat free natural yogurt with chopped apple, banana and raspberries.
Lunch - baked potato, baked beans, cheese HEA, cherry tomatoes, 2 small satsumas.
Tea - butternut squash risotto with onions and chilli. Cheese HEB. No 2nd HEB oops!
Syns - light mayo 2 + small choc cookie biscuit 3 = 5
Sunday - extra easy
Breakfast - banana and grapes.
Lunch - left over risotto with carrots, onions and chilli. HEA cheese. Apple.
Tea - in the pub, gammon steak, mash, peas.
Snack - 2 alpan light bars HEB.
Syns - fried egg and butter/milk in mash, guessing 5?
Today, Monday - extra easy.
Breakfast - fat free natural yogurt with banana and raspberries.
Lunch - 5 scan bran HEB with fat free cottage cheese, carrot, pineapple, melon, mango.
Tea - spaghetti bolognese, onions, mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, HEA cheese.
Syns - 3 cadburys choc fingers 5.5.
