hi all, i have been doing slimming world for about a month or so i been following the extra easy plan and loved it and found it quite easy but i dont seem to be loosing much weight. So i thought i would have a go at some red and green days as i have heard people get really good weight losses from it. i would appreciated any advice, food recipes or just general help.

shreddies 30g
semi s milk 150 ml

plum

carrots,leeks,onions, sage, rosemary,mixed herbs and oregano water blended to a soup

chips s w
2 eggs
beans
boil in the bag rice, courgette, tomato onions mushroom pepper, broccoli

heb shreddies 30g, 3 sunflower and oat seeds r bread

apple,banana,orange and a muller light yogurt.

wholemeal roll (heb) with 3 cheese slices, (hea)(Tesco half fat) 1tbs lighter than light mayo 0.5 syns
french fries crisps 4.0 syns
milky way bar 5 syns

few tbs spoons of tomato soup.
1 beans, i chopped toms,few carrots (out a tin), pickled onions, 2 tbs tom puree, paprika, oregano, mixed herbs, oxo cube, basil


sw chips eggs, sausage (1 syn) peas and carrots.

2 alpen light(heb) micro shape yogurt,banana

250 milk (hea)
