Hello everybody - dont know where to start now... First started SW in 2008 when i weighed in at 17.7 (eeek) lost 3 stone and then put all but a stone back on in the same year.
I have been trying to concieve for 4 years and last year (Jan 2011) had my appointment at the fertility clinic where I was told that to receive treatment my BMI needs to be 30 (it was 37.7 at the time and I was 16.8) anyway im pleased to say it is now 30!!! :p but I have decided that I would really like to loose another 2 stone before treatment, call me crazy but I have waited so long that I guess another few months wont hurt.
Since loosing weight last year (3 stone 5lbs) I feel so much happier in myself, and in my relationship - I feel like a new person. Anyway Since the summer I have been calorie counting and using mfp so its going to be difficult going back to eating SW style but im going to give it my all and see what happens, not going to join a group this time just post on here - I got in to a naughty habit of eating well Monday to thursday and then pigging out at the weekends, I havent lost any weight for a few months now so hope this changes things. Anyway thank you for listening.

(B) 2 Fibre plus (Heb 1 and 2)
(L) Innocent veg mousaka (2.5 syns I think...)
Mint muller light (Free)
Tesco fuity fingers, pineapple, melon and mango (free)
(D) SW chips, 2 tesco meat free burgers for 1 syn, beans and HEA Cheese

Syns 3.5 I f i stick to the above - I have birthday cake to eat up (it was my 30th last week) if I have a piece I'm counting 10 syns!!

Think today is going to be another green day as I am really fancying pasta. Going to go to tesco on my lunch break and stock up on meat, fruit and veg (I plan to do red days for the rest of the week) Going to weigh in on Monday morning, im hoping this will stop the weekend binges I have been having the last few months....:eek: Im also going to get the 30ds out after work, I have got to level 3 and havent done it since Wednesday and already I can feel the difference in not doing it for a few days.

(B) x2 Fibre plus (HEB x2)
(L) not sure yet - will get something in tesco - ended up getting fish sushi, it was quite a big one (385 cals) and i think if I remember from last time its 4 syns.

Just had a choc ice for 5 syns and also had 2 pieces of ham in my tea so an extra 2 syns. Total syns 13

Didn't end up doing any exercise today but have a lunchtime and evening walk planned tmrw to get me back In the swing of it. Have enjoyed my green days but looking forward to a red day tmrw, I just feel more satisfied on them. Off to have a bath then it's bed time :)

(D) Pork casserole - pork, carrots, sweede, parsnips (just found out not free on red! 3 syns), leeks, pork stock (1 syn) will have some brocali and maybe some butternut squash chips with this

Have enjoyed my red day today and will plan one for tommorow. The key to me succeeding on this plan has always been planning, something I'm not a natural at!
Went for a 50 minute walk at lunchtime today, first proper exercise in a week! Although I did climb the Eiffel tower on Friday, that's got to count hasn't it!!? :)
OH is working tm night so will get home and I WILL DO THE 30DS.

(L) Asda bbq chicken pieces, I think they were free.. anyway they were really bland
Asda fruity fingers - Mango, pineapple and melon
(D) Scrambled eggs, ham, mushrooms and 2 tesco meatfree burgers (1 syn)
Ryvita seaseme seed (heb2) and 60g of Philly ( 9 syns)
Drunk lots of tea today with milk so 1 hea

Friday - I think this will be a red day - I havent thought about tea yet tho so it could go EE?
I have my niece and nephew round for a sleepover tonight (they are 8 and 6) and would usually "treat" them and myself to a pizza and a few extras :rolleyes: I am not willing to sabotage this weeks hard work but its going to be hard to resist!

I have been up with the kiddies since 6.22, that's early even by their standards. They have been fed and I now need to feed myself, banana and custard magic porridge!! This is my new breakfast favourite. Going to a swimming pool today with slides and rapids, will try and get some body magic in too.

Grapes, hea used on tea/coffee
(L) seafood sticks, McDonald's chicken and bacon salad - 2 syns as no dressing

Then a BBQ at my sisters and it all went a bit wrong.... Any way weigh day next Sunday, have been feeling lots slimmer so as long as I get back on track straight away I should get a loss. Fingers crossed
 
Am drinking lots of water today to try and get rid of yesterdays damage - I really ate badly, made myself feel sick :(

Hey! thanks for popping by :D do you have a diary? its weird cos this 2 stone feels massive, its like I have lost it twice over but its the final 2 that I cant shift :eek: thats why im on here, need the suppoort and also the shame for when I have a pig out!
