Well decided to start again. I started to go at it alone but joined back at group last week. My weighins are on a Thursday.
Hopefully this time i can stick to it.
I started last April and was 183lbs. I went down to 160. Then put 8lbs back on.
Currently 12 stone
I want to get down to about 10st 7lbs :)
Any advice will be great.
