Well today is day one on slimming world, extra easy so lets start as I mean to go on and write a food diary
Day 1
Breakfast: back bacon trimmed
2 weight watchers danish sliced bread (Hexb)
ketchup (1 syn)
Lunch: Pasta n Sauce, Chicken & Mushroom
Banana, melon
Tea: 2 egg omlette, with onions & mushrooms
3 hot dog sausages, chopped into omlette (3 syns)
Snacks: Mullerlight mandarin, cadbury buttons (4 syns), 375mls skimmed milk (Hexa)
Really enjoyed today and looking forward to the rest of the week.

As I actually have planned my food for today though I'd get ahead of myself and write it down before I forget.
Breakfast: 375mls skimmed milk (hexa)
bacon, scrambled egg, mushrooms, beans....yum!
Lunch: 2 fish finger (4 syns)
2 weight watchers danish sliced (hexb)
salad
Tea: Turkey meatballs & tagliatelli out of EE cookbook
Snacks: mullerlight, banana

Week 1-4 = -10lbs
Week 5 = No wi...poorly sick
Week 6 = -2lbs
1. Get into 14's
2. Club 10
3. Get into 13's
4. Fit into my favourite dress Size 16
5. Fit into my favourite trousers Size 14...eeek!

Well I didn't have fishfinger sandwich for lunch as I was in town with my mom & sister. We popped into bhs for lunch and I had cajun chicken with a baked pot & salad but not sure if I need to syn anything for the chicken....it was only in cajun spices, no breadcrumbs and it hadn't been fried so I'm not su do???re what to
