I probably will but i'm trying to stave off it on week nights at the moment, lol! I could become a complete wino otherwise! ha ha! It's worrying how much you can consume without thinking about it!

That sounds gorgeous, definitely giving that one a go. Thanks!

Thinking along the lines of Rustic Potato, Courgette and Cheese Cakes with Salad for lunch and Bombay Lamb Curry and Brown Rice for dinner mmmmm

Hi! Good for you for getting back in control and back on the plan, I am sure you are very focused now, well done!
I have the same issues with wine or any drinks really, I am not an excessive drinker just like to have a glass while I cook or watch a movie, but think I need to cut them out as not seeing any results, so started a food diary too.

I noticed one thing in your diary and its something that has been confusing me:

L - Wholemeal Pitta, Carrot, Mixed Lettuce, Cucumber and EL Philly (hea), Toffee Mullerlight

The extra light philly is not mentioned in any book or on the website as a HexA choice, the light is and I've read in other threads that it is a B choice on green days, but it seems to me the extra light is simply lighter so can't be that bad, and since it is only 2 syns for a mini tub, 3 would be a HexA choice right? As opposed to the 2 of Light philly? I asked my consultant and she had no idea, although thought what I said made sense but if the calcium content is lower than the light it might not be a viable a choice. ahhh very confusing. What do you think?

My fault completely it was Light Philly  - i wasn't even aware they do an EL version! So thanks for pointing that out! And i thought it was a HE on EE...must of missed that too! But i'm back to re-reading the books after i've rejoined so will try and get that to sink in!

Good luck to you on trying to refrain from the drinks - i'm not exessive as such, but if i open a bottle i generally finish it - and i know i've started to drink it more often than i used too! So i'm just going to try and cut it out for a while and see how that helps on the scales too!

And thanks Keldacoe! :D

Plan has changed again for tomorrow - have taken a gorgeous chuky meditarranean sauce / stew (cannelini beans, tinned toms, tom puree, onions, celery, carrots, courgette, sweet potato, balsamic vinegar, thyme, oregano, basil) out the freezer that really needs using so will have that with rigatoni and 30g parmesan

Will still have Bombay Lamb Curry for Dinner, with Brown rice and a Pitta Bread as heb in place of a naan! ;) Will also make a raita dip to go with it (fat free greek yoghurt, garlic, cucmber and mint sauce 1 syn)
