Donna's food diaries-trying to maintain
I'm back at my target weight and after this week (as long as I don't gain) I will try and maintain. Going to go for a loss this week so hopefully will be in a new stone bracket which I can't ever remember being in
Tomorrow I'm going green
Breakfast-pineapple, apple, kiwi, raspberries and banana topped with a shape delight strawberry yoghurt (1/2 syn)
Lunch-fried egg sandwich (HEB for bread) with chips and side salad
Tea-potato and cheese comfort pie (HEA for cheese) with carrots and broccoli
Snacks-hifi (heb) fruit, milk in drinks (HEA) penguin wafer (4 1/2 syns) cadbury Easter mallow (3 syns)

Not sure what's happening tomorrow, the original plan was to take my brother snowboarding and then to nando's but he wasn't very well yesterday, if he's better my plan will be
Breakfast-pineapple, apple, kiwi, raspberries and banana topped with yoghurt (1/2 syn....normally don't syn yoghurt's but got the shape yoghurt's free)
Dinner-joe's sausages, beans, fried mushrooms, onions and toms
Tea-Nando's butterfly chicken, spicey rice and corn on the cob with no butter (8 syns)
Snacks-hifi bar (HEB), fruit, a might have a little bit of chocolate depending on how I'm feeling
No idea what we'll do if we don't take my brother as we're not big nando's fans

Realised my nando's today will be 6 syns not 8 so more left for some chocolate if I feel like it. YAY
Plans staying the same, except I think I'll be having mackerel salad instead of cooked breakfast (might do the breakfast later on if we get hungry as sharing the nando's lol)

Lunch-weatherspoons 5 bean chilli and rice
Tea-spicy quorn chicken lasagne with carrots and brocolli (HEA for cheese)

Changed my mind again, ended up having tuna, beans and cheese on a jacket with salad for lunch, filled me up nicely

Got to nando's and ended up sharing a full chicken with my boyfriend, brought my syns up to 19 for the day, which isn't too bad, I haven't had my full syns all week and won't be having 15 a day from now on so should be covered for that 
Having asda meat free meatballs and spagetti for tea today now as we've realised we have some in the freezer and haven't had them for ages

Breakfast-chopped pineapple, apple, banana and grapes with mullerlight
Lunch-ham and veg quiche with roast butternut squash, onion, mushrooms and courgettes
Tea-BBQ chicken and bacon with wedgies and melted cheese (HEA)
Snacks-scan bran cake (HEB), with strawberries, raspberries and sweetened nat yoghurt... fruit

Had to have ham with the roast veg instead of quiche as my boyfriend had eaten the quiche without telling me
I wish he'd told me I would have put some fish in to have with the veg instead!
Oh and forgot to mention syns for today are cadbury magic elf 3.5 syns (saving up my syns for Friday as will be spending 40 syns on Pizza hut)
Tomorrow's plan - Green
Breakfast-pineapple, apple, grapes and banana with natural yoghurt and sweetener
Lunch-egg sarnie, (HEB) made with egg mayo (never tried it before but going to try with natural yog as that's what I use with tuna) beetroot and pickled onions on the side
Tea-quorn lasagne with veg (HEA for cheese)
Snacks-hifi bar (HEB) milk in drinks (HEA) slimming world rice pudding with berries (if I need it) treat size crunchy (4 syns)

Oh and I still have some egg custard left in the fridge so will probably snack on that today and tomorrow

So far today is going well, surprisingly stuffed after my Sarnie, going to make the lasagne in a little while ready to just pop in the oven
Tomorrow is pizza hut day
Breakfast-pineapple, apple, banana and whatever fruit I buy from shopping with a muller light
Lunch-bacon carbanara, with onions, spinach, peppers made with philli light (HEA)
Tea-5 slices of veggie supreme pizza (40 syns) and any free salad from the salad bar
Snacks-fruit, crabsticks, HEB will be either a hifi bar or baked apple and mincemeat

Snacks-milk in drinks (HEA) Hifi or baked apple and mincemeat (HEB) penguin wafer (4.5 syns) orange, pear, sw egg custards, frozen mint muller
