Breakfast: Missed

Lunch: 1% Mug Shot

Dinner: Free quorn Korma with mushrooms and onions. Served with 3 potatoes made into chips.

Snack: Toffee Muller Light

Thoughts: I feel fat today, but i know that i am not really eating enough veggies today. I am in a bit of a rut today so this affected my appetite.
 
Thursday 3rd May

Breakfast:Missed

Lunch: Pasta (Tomato and Herb)

Dinner: 3xeggs, 1/4 onion, spinach leaves omlette.

Syns: 1 slice white bread - 3
1 tbsp lowlow butter - 3
1 tbsp egg filler - 2

Snacks: 1 muller light, Pear

A: 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
B: 2xWeetabix

Thoughts: Good day, still not a lot of superfree but very busy day with a few hiccups so no time. Try better tomorrow.
 
Thursday 10th May

Breakfast: 42g All Bran, ss Milk

Lunch: 1/2 plate broccoli, 1 medium baked potato, tbsp homemade synfree salsa, 1 slice lowlow cheese(3)
