    Dinner - Spicy root veg and lentil casserole
    Olive oil 1/2tsp (1 syn)
    Potato
    Carrot
    Lentils
    Garlic
    Onion
    Curry powder
    Veg stock

    Snacks
    Snack a jack x 2 (4 syns)
    Alpen lights x 2 (heB)
    Milk for tea (heA)
    Activia yoghurts x 2

    So I make that both A's, both B's and 7 syns.

    Thanks Sleepymum, it is costing an arm and a leg though!! I really must start to shop about a bit more, it is just time consuming. I like to go in Asda and walk out with the weeks food

    p.s It is my 10 yr anniversary this year too (in september)
