    1 stone is not so much? Extra Easy!!

    Hi All, I've decided that keeping a diary on here must help me in some way?
    I'm 25, 11'2, and 5 ft 4. I'm a size 12, but veering too much to a 14 for my liking. I followed SW 2 years ago and lost 10pounds, which made a massive difference to my shape and my happiness. Unfortunately I'm now the exact same size I was when I started.
    I do a lot of exercise, at leat 4 times a week. This consists of 4km runs, 5km walks, spin class, step aerobics class. I have not lost or gained a pound since Christmas, which is not too bad I suppose!! I just want to lose a stone. It sounds so simple, but is incredibly difficult! I'm also blaming the combined pill which I've been on a few years, I'm moving to the coil so Im hoping this will have a positive effect!! I love chocolate, but I wouldn't sit down to a full bar, nor am I a big crisp eater.
    My downfall is evening eating, Im hoping the bright evenings will kick me off the sofa..so here goes, I'm hoping this will keep me motivated!!!

    Monday May 21st
    08:00 2 Weetabix, banana, tea with some milk
    11:00 orange, slice of chocolate cake (7syns) :0 What happened there??!!
    13:00 mug shot tomato and herb flavour, small tin tuna, 2 hard boiled eggs all mixed together.. I know no superfree, but Im doing my shopping tonight!!

    For dinner tonight Im making spaghetti bolognese/chilli with fat free mince meat (so my butcher assures me),spaghetti, peppars, mushrooms, onions and salad. I will probably have another yoghurt, and Im planning on a 5km walk as it's a nice evening.

    I forgot to tell you all that I had ankle surgery in September. It still gets quite sore after running etc, so that's one of the reasons I try to vary my exercise!Hope everyone enjoys the nice evening!!

    So I weighed in this morning..11'2 AGAIN. I suppose it's not too bad, although follwing the plan well during the week, I had a few beers on Saturday, with chips and goujons. Also went to the cinema on Sunday and had some popcorn. I just need to be more strict with myself on weekends..
    So yesterday I had my spaghetti bolognese, and then I had another Lindt ball (2 syns) and a yoghurt. 10 syns altogether

    Wednesday
    08:00 2 eggs, 2 brown bread, flora light spread and some marmalade. (5syns)
    10:00 apple and orange
    For lunch I will have some salad with lettuce, onions, beetroot, sweetcorn, ham and pasta.
    Dinner I will have the leftover chilli from last night.
    Snacks will be yoghurt, fruit, and maybe a Lindt ball tonight!
    I'm planning on doing a spin class tonight, if my boyfriend doesn't de-rail me..either way I'll definitely be doing some exercise!!

    Last night was fairly good, I had the left over spag bol for dinner at about 18:00, a Vitalinea 0% yoghurt, and then had a cup of tea with a Lindt Chocolate ball (Love these!!)2syns)
    I went to an hour long Spin and Abs class then at 20:15 which was really good. On the way home I bought a magazine, purely to stop me snacking-I find that I can't eat and read at the same time!!So overall, less than 10 syns for the day..not bad!!!

    Thursday Its been quite a stressful day at work, but I have folded yet. For breakfast I had 2 Weetabix with low fat milk and pineapple with a cup of tea. At 11:30 I had an apple and orange. For lunch-Im not sure yet!!

    So after all the stress I had the tiniest slice of chocolate cake with a cup of tea.. Bout 5 syns I'd say.. I didn't get a lunch break so now I'm all knocked about food wise. Just had a hard boiled egg, lettuce, spring onions, sweetcorn and beetroot to just ease the hunger. Later I'm planning on SW chips and bacon for dinner. I'm trying to decide wat exercise to do, it's too warm to run or go to the gym.. Maybe after the sun goes down!!

    So for dinner last night I had SW chips and a breast of chicken, wiyth some mushrooms and beans. I went for a 30minute walk, and then I had a bowl of rasberries and pineapple in yoghurt. Then I had a major sweet craving so I had 2 Lindt balls, and a pink and white.. 6.5 syns altogether??

    So far I've had my 2 Weetabix, some pineapple and rasberries, with low fat milk and a cup of tea.
    At 10:00 I had an orange and banana, and another corner of that stupid chocolate cake!

    So for lunch I had pasta, beetroot, lettuce, spring onions and sweetcorn. At about 15:00 I had a yoghurt with pineapple and raspberries. I also had some chocolate cake. I had a long drive so I had some diet coke an apple and a Lindt chocolate ball. Syns - bout 10.
    For dinner I had some ham, lettuce sweetcorn and noodles with SW chips. Then I had another yoghurt with some strawberries and grapes..yum!!

    Ok soooo, not a brutal weekend, but not a great one either.
    Saturday started ok, 2 weetabix, some strawberries and low fat milk with cup of tea, follwed by a 3km run. I then vigourously painted a wall which HAD to have burned some calories!! Later I had some lettuce, onions, sweetcorn, beetroot, ham, pineapple and savoury rice..followed by a sneaky 2 small slices froma baguette with butter. I was making a bannoffi dessert for friends, so was licking the spoon..I also had one of the banana's! I had a yoghurt as a snack..
    Later there was a barbeque, so I had grilled chicken and salads, and also some chicken curry with rice-syns in sauce. I also had some of the burger, without the bun!! Then I had some pavlova and bannoffi for dessert. I had one Coors Light, then stuck to diet coke for rest of night..
    This is not too bad for me, I would usually have went and ate a bit of everything!

    On Sunday, I started well again, with 2 Weetabix and a banana with a cup of tea. Then I had 2 eggs with beans and salad. We went out for our dinner, which was poor enough choice wise, I stuck with a breast of chicken (no skin) but had some chips off my sisters plate and the potato cake stuff that was served with my chicken. I also had a sneaky glass of wine (not sure how many syns?) Aftr a long drive I had a kit kat, and was depressed so had a massive bowl of Special K red berries!! I had nothing in the house suitable so Im doing my shopping this evening!

    Snacks-maybe some snack a jacks when desperate housewives on? Definitely another fruit salad with grey's anatomy, and a Spin class.

    EDIT: All of the above except I had a Kit Kat (half at lunch, half at night), half a meringue in my fruit salad, and I made the pudding rice I found on here, had a bowl of it as I had the munchies, made with low fat milk and sweetener, as far as I know that's free??

    Ok Im thinking rationally now. It must be portion sizes and just the sheer volume of food I manage to fit into me..This week is a new week, Im working on the weekend so no excuses for fine dining and drinks..MUST.BE.BETTER.

    Just looked up the Syn value for those Lindt balls I was munching on..They are 4 syns each That really pushes up my syns..
