Rochelles EE and GREEN days, diary to keep me on track!
So I've decided to keep a food diary on here, for although I do keep a written one I think it may be better to publicise what I eat! I do EE days and green days, this seems to suit my life.
Ill try to update every day, even saturdays when I have a 'treat' take away, although I try not to be too naughty with that. I think the public food diary will help as saturdays I find it hard not to binge!
So I've got a lot to lose, 7 more stone til I get to a healthy weight for my height, although I havnt made a set in stone target really, just wanna keep going til I'm comfortable with myself.
Been doing sw for about 8 weeks and lost 1 1/2 stone so far.
Breakfast - banana and strawberries chopped up and a WW nectaring yogurt.
Lunch - apple, 2 linda m red onion sausage, egg fried in frylight and 1 slice of bacon (rind cut) in a whole meal roll
Dinner - chicken, mushrooms and onions in schwartz cajun perfect shake, salad and rice.
Dessert was 1/6 of the 1 syn cake. Will just count that as half syn.
Planning a freddo later and my hexa of babybels.
Hexa - 2babybel
Hexb - small wholemeal roll (weighed)
Syns - freddo 5 cake 1/2
Total - 5 1/2 syns

Good food day today!
Breakfast - 2 wholemeal toast with teaspoon flora light (1) and a banana, black coffee.
Lunch - mcain jacket pot (1) and salad. Weight watchers apricot yogurt
Dinner - creamy mushroom and tomato pasta from sw website with
Hexa cheese on top. Side salad!
Then my mam made this stuff for dessert, was quark, fromage frais and egg whites with lime zest and juice with 2 options white. Between 4 people so one syn for me, then had half a brandy basket worked that out at 2 1/2 syn from the box. 3 1/2 syn dessert! Had some strawberries on the side.
Planning on a hifi and options later.
Hexa - 45g reduced fat cheddar
Hexb's - 2 slices wholemeal from small loaf, Hifi bar
Syns - mcain jacket 1, flora light 1, dessert 3 1/2, options 2
Total 7 1/2 syns
Weigh in, lost 2.5pounds! Brill. Got slimmer of the month also.

Lunch - left over pasta from last night, quorn burger (1/2) and salad
Snack at group Hifi bar
Dinner - kipper, boiled potatoes and salad. Didn't really enjoy it requested quorn cottage pie and veg from my mam for tomorrow night!
Gonna have dessert which is the baked cheesecake from the loseweightlookfab website, whole thing 30syns gonna have an 1/8 of it so 4 syns. Looking forward to it! Will have an options too.

Hexb - hifi belgian
Syns quorn burger 1/2, cheesecake 4, options 2
Total 6 1/2 syns
Bought the dessert book from group tonight, looking forward to trying a few in the weeks to come!!

work snack - alpen light and apple
Lunch - 2 slices wholemeal toast with 1tsp flora light (1) spaghetti hoops and ww vanilla yogurt
Dinner - quorn cottage pie, with cabbage and turnip. cheese on top from hexa, probably a bit more than 45g (used kerry low low) but it doesnt matter as green day. also my mam made it and put a knob of flora light in the mash (between 3 of us) so ill syn that as 1/2. had some of the home made cheese cake for dessert (4)
planning on the extra alpen light later and an options. if i snack on anything else itll be fruit of some sort!

Hexb's - 2 slices wholemeal bread from 400g loaf, 2 aplen light double choc bars
Syns - flora light 1 1/2, cheesecake 4, options 2
Total 7 1/2 syns
Made a mistake yesterday, I didn't go over my quota of cheese at all, the ready grated bag of 160g was used but there's still a quarter of that cottage pie in the fridge left over!! So I probably had less oh well
Breakfast - banana, boiled egg and hexb toast soldiers, with tsp of flora light (1)
Lunch - few strawberries, then low fat chicken supernoodles and an apple.
Afternoon snack banana
Dinner - syn free spag bol using long spaghetti, for the bolognaise passata, crushed garlic clove, onions and mushrooms and quorn mince. 45g low fat cheddar on top
Munchies planned for later is a bag of velvet crunch (4) and second hexb a hifi bar, and an options (2) . Proper feast that lol! But got a proper munchie craving going on and that should sort me out.

Saturdays are hard for me I always want to binge on choccie!! Always feel hungry on a saturday.
So having a take away tonight having an indian, havnt had one since pre slimming world which is a shame as there's some nice low syn things to be had.
Breakfast - banana and strawberries with ww toffee yogurt on top.
Snack before food shopping alpen light and an apple.
Lunch - left over bolognaise from last night (loads of onions and mushrooms and toms in for superfree) pasta with hexa cheese on top
Planning on my second alpen light later on if I snack on anything else it'll just be superfree stuff! There's 1 ww yogurt in the fridge goes out of date after today so will probably get rid of that also.
Dinner - indian!! Gonna have rogan with chicken, (I'm sharing it so won't be over what it says in my book) 6.5 vegetable pilau 2.5 but again sharing, and ill pinch a few chips not sure what chips from indians/chineses are!! Maybe 10 for half portion for the oils? Hmm if anyone is reading this and knows please tell me. Not bothered if they're a lot as I've not really ate loads of syns this week

Indian last night was gorgeous! Never had rogan josh before, I was chuffed it was so nice. Vegetable pilau was full of veggies also! Was so proud of myself for not ordering naan bread lol if I didn't order it I couldn't eat it could I ! 20 syns for a plain one no way was I ordering that
So Sunday GREEN
Breakfast - banana and strawberries, vanilla yog on top
Lunch - thai chilli lowfat supernoodles, apple, alpen light
Snack second alpen light
Dinner - slimming world style chips, 2 asda meat free burgers (2) with 45g low fat cheddar melted on, and fry light fried onions and mushrooms. 1 tbsp barbecue sauce (1)
Dessert a few strawberries and some 0% total yogurt
Planning on eating second hexb later it'll be a hifi belgian, and some velvet crunch(4) I love these things! The cheesey ones are lovely
Hexa's - 45g low fat cheddar, 1/2 of milk allowance for 3 cups of tea (semi skimmed milk)
Hexb's - 2 alpen lights, 1 hifi bar
Syns - 7

Dinner - thai chicken curry (2.5) with rice and a few slimming world style chips (plenty of mushrooms, onions and peppers in for superfree)

Will have other alpen light and babybell later with an options sachet (2)

Weigh in tonight, lost 2 pounds 1 stone 11 1/2 so far, that club 10 award is so close!
Breakfast - 2 toast with tsp flora light (1). Banana
Lunch - tomato mugshot, strawberries with ww toffee yogurt
Weigh in was taster night for the jubillee, worked out I had 3 syns, someone had made little 2 syn mini cakes and another some coffee mousses.
Dinner - chicken, peppers, mushrooms and onions on skewers with a jacket potato.
Planning on an options (2) with my 2 baby bells later. If I have anything else ill pop it on
Got a craving for choc. Curly wurly. (6)
