So I've decided to keep a food diary on here, for although I do keep a written one I think it may be better to publicise what I eat! I do EE days and green days, this seems to suit my life.
Ill try to update every day, even saturdays when I have a 'treat' take away, although I try not to be too naughty with that. I think the public food diary will help as saturdays I find it hard not to binge!
So I've got a lot to lose, 7 more stone til I get to a healthy weight for my height, although I havnt made a set in stone target really, just wanna keep going til I'm comfortable with myself.
Been doing sw for about 8 weeks and lost 1 1/2 stone so far.
Today EE
Breakfast - banana and strawberries chopped up and a WW nectaring yogurt.
Lunch - apple, 2 linda m red onion sausage, egg fried in frylight and 1 slice of bacon (rind cut) in a whole meal roll
Dinner - chicken, mushrooms and onions in schwartz cajun perfect shake, salad and rice.
Dessert was 1/6 of the 1 syn cake. Will just count that as half syn.
Planning a freddo later and my hexa of babybels.
Hexa - 2babybel
Hexb - small wholemeal roll (weighed)
Syns - freddo 5 cake 1/2
Total - 5 1/2 syns
