Weigh day tomorrow!
I'm realllllllllllly hoping for 2lb. Despite some over indulgences Fri and Sat evening, I've been good, and done lots of exercise!
Today
B. Spinach and onion omelette
L. Ryvita (hexb), dairylea (hexa), turkey ham, tomatoes. Melon.
D. Salmon, homemade chips and spinach. Followed by quark and melon (3 syn)
S. yoghurt, tangerines
E. Running
This weeks menu has been very repetitive! At least it has kept me on track!
Everything crossed for tomorrow!
Really good! Could eat them every night!
Weigh day today!!
I've planned another (repetitive) day.
B. Egg and bacon. Apple.
L. Ryvita (hexb), ham, tomatoes, mini carrots, tangerine.
D. After weigh in - carbonara

Last night was so goodDef prefer using most of my syns in one night, espec as weigh in isn't until Thurs.
I've gone some meal planning today for the weekend.
Today is as follows,
B/L - Egg, bacon, mushrooms, beans
D - SW quiche and chips
S - Rocky road hifi's. Quark and options (3 syns). Strawberries.
Syns - 60/70 - So 6 syns per day until weigh in (no syns on weigh day)
EDIT: I've been in a very picky mood today, exercise hasn't happened! I've just eaten the rest of my ice cream and a banana... Oh dear. 10 syns left until Thursday.

I'm VERY pleased with myselfJust back from run and gym! After eating my magnum and thinking there was no chance I was going out in the rain... I did! And got soaked

Very impressed with the coronation chicken!! I've made enough to have some tomorrow for lunch.
