Hiiii all,started SW today!! :) Gonna try to put my food diary on here every night see if it helps me stick to it.

Tried Atkins and Cambidge, lost approx 4 stone both of them and put it back on slowly. I work in an office where everyone loves to bring in treats to share :sigh: .so this may be difficult hahaha .I need a long term solution so giving this a go......


Breakfast

Two eggs in fry light
options belgian hot chocolate 2 syns (synning already!!!:confused:)

Mid morning snack

half a pack of tangy cheese doritos 5 syns

Lunch

Half a pack of Anisley Harriots mexican rice 1/2 syn
Mixed veg

Mid afternoon snack

2 oreos 5 syns

Dinner

makerel in tomato sauce
basmati rice
mixed veg

Is this ok for my first day PLEASE be honest, any feedback welcomed

Start weight =14 stone 4lbs :cry:

Goal=10stone 0lb

Which plan are u following? If EE yr breakfast is SF lacking - maybe add some tomatoes or mushrooms?
To me u r not eating enough - but I eat loads!!!

Is this a green day with the mackerel as a HE? I don't do EE so I can't advise on that. It diesn't seem a lot of food compared to what I eat.

Hi Cai and supergran :)

Im doing EE i thought I might not be eating enough-I'm not used to eating so much on a diet, need to get over this fear lol

I am gonna buy LOADS of fruit tomorrow and snack on it all day and gonna drink more water and go for a run aswell ...!!
