Hiiii all,started SW today!! Gonna try to put my food diary on here every night see if it helps me stick to it.
Tried Atkins and Cambidge, lost approx 4 stone both of them and put it back on slowly. I work in an office where everyone loves to bring in treats to share :sigh: .so this may be difficult hahaha .I need a long term solution so giving this a go......
Breakfast
Two eggs in fry light
options belgian hot chocolate 2 syns (synning already!!!)
Mid morning snack
half a pack of tangy cheese doritos 5 syns
Lunch
Half a pack of Anisley Harriots mexican rice 1/2 syn
Mixed veg
Mid afternoon snack
2 oreos 5 syns
Dinner
makerel in tomato sauce
basmati rice
mixed veg
Is this ok for my first day PLEASE be honest, any feedback welcomed
