I am going to America in 2 months and would like to drop a few pounds. I will be using this diary to keep on track, stay focused and get some friendly advice. I'm currently 13.9 eeek, my goal is to get into the 12's!!

Day 1

Extra Easy

B: Tea, 1 tsp sugar (1), semi skimmed milk (heA), banana, fresh pineapple chunks

S: Orange, Tea

L: Salmon fillet, rice, peas, 1/2 tsp maple syrup, 5 spice, 1 tbsp olive oil (heB)

S: Tea, milk, 1 tsp sugar (1), Kellogs chewy choc bar (6), banana, tea, milk, 1 sugar (1), melon and mango chunks, diet coke, coffee, 1 sugar (2), orange

D: Jacket potato, baked beans, cheese half fat (4), 2 x fish fingers (4), 1 tbsp ketchup (1), salad, tomato, cucumber, activia fat free strawberry yoghurt

Syns Total: 14

Day 2

Extra Easy

B- Tea, milk (heA), 1 tsp sugar (1), banana

S- Velvet crunch (4), tea, milk, 1 sugar (1), kellogs chewy bar (6), satsumas

L- Costa Mocha small (?) I really craved this but only drunk about 3/4! Mugshot, 400g 2 x bread (heB), marmite, 1 tsp butter (2)

D- Steak, mixed roasted veg, 2 tbsp ketchup (2) fat free activia yoghurt, tea, milk, 1 sugar (1), satsuma

Syns: 13 syns plus the mocha!!! But omg the mocha tasted like heaven, so that's ok lol

Good luck...food diary looks great! I would cut out having a sugar with your tea and save the syns for chocolate! but that's just me :) lol Well done on your losses! I'm just starting out so fingers crossed for weigh in on Sunday!! x
 
I find it really hard not to have sugar in my tea, unless I have earl grey, i might swith one of my tea's for an earl grey to save on the syns. Thanks for the tip! x
 
New York is amazing! Yeah very excited but would like to shift a few pounds to make me feel a bit better
 
Day 3

Extra Easy

B - Earl grey, semi skimmed milk (heA), banana, 1 tbsp nutella (4), 2 x 400g bread (heB)

L - Low fat thai super noodles, orange

S - Penguin (), Tea, 1 sugar (1), milk, velvet crunch (4)

D - Salmon fillett, new potatoes, broccoli

May be I can jump on this too, Im off to Orlando too in 11 weeks, like you we've been numerous times but this time I want to be in the 11's. I started in February at 13 stone 11lb so similar weight to you also.

Day 4

Extra Easy

B - Tea, 1 sugar (1), semi skimmed milk (1), banana

L - Pasta, tomato veg sauce, 28g cheese (heA)

S - Velvet crunch (4), coffee, milk (1), 1 sugar (1), aero biscuit bar (5), tea 1 sugar (1), milk (1)

D - Meatball pasta, lots of veg mushrooms, leeks, onions etc, 28g cheese ()

I love sugar in my tea but if you have it without after a while you don't really notice the difference! Although I'm not a major tea drinker, just go for it in the morning and afternoon, warms me up a bit see as this summer is total crapola!!! The sugar is obviously agreeing with you though seen as your losses are brilliant. keep up the good work..!! x
 
Day 5

Extra Easy

B - Tea, semi milk (heA), 1 tsp sugar (1), muller light fat free coconut (1.5)

L - 2 x 400g bread (heB), 1tsp flora (), lean bacon and egg fried in fry light, 1 tbsp ketchup (1), peach

S - Tea, milk, 1 sugar (1), crunchie (9.5)

D - Pasta and sauce

Yes I agree after a while you don't need it, i just feel very tired at the moment and find the sugar gives me a bit of a boost. I should cut it out really. I might try a herbal tea as don't take sugar with that. How you getting on?
 
Hello luvvies!!

Well its been a fair while and I have been off plan, tried other diets....and I always come back to good old SW! I have had a stressful few months and have not looked after myself at all. I have been doing SW for the last 3 days and really enjoying it and feeling so much better. I thought of starting a new diary but have decided to carry on from here. I want to feel confident in pictures and myself and not feel shameful. My current goal is to get down to 12 stone. I have bought a dress that is my goal, as its a bit tight I would love to be lovely and slimmed down so I can wear it!! Any tips which make great sw friendly kids meals will be much appreciated. I have a wedding to go to this year and that is a great incentive for me!

This is my 3rd Day. I have been following the EE plan.

I have misplaced my Day 1 entry, and haven't got a great memory so to be true will start with Day 2!

Day 2:

Breakfast: Porridge 30g (heb) Milk (hea) banana 1 tsp maple syrup (1 syn)

Snack: Apple, coffee (1)

Lunch: Jacket potato, dairylee triangle (1.5), beans and a salad

Dinner: Roast chicken, lots of veg, boiled new potato's, gravy (1.5)
fat free mullerlight strawberry yoghurt, 4 starburst sweets (4)

Snack: Orange

Syns: 8

Day 3 (today)

Breakfast: 2X Weetabix (heb) Milk (hea) 1tsp sugar (1 syn)

Snack: Large orange, coffee

Lunch: Sainsburys Moroccan cous cous 200 g (3 syns), roasted red pepper, cucumber, tomato's, bacon, fat free muller light strawberry yoghurt

Dinner: I will be having salmon and broccoli, soy sauce, 2 tbsp sweet chilli (3 syns eek), rice, 1 tsp Dijon mustard (0.5), mustard powder, 1tsp honey (1)

Snack: Large orange, tea (1)

Syns: 9.5

Day 4

Breakfast: Porridge (heb) milk (hea) chopped banana, 1tsp maple syrup (1). one large orange

I love this breakfast it feels so naughty and comforting at the same time!

Lunch: Salmon, pasta, broccoli, 1tbsp low fat pesto (1.5), 1 tbsp philly light cream cheese (2 I think, may be corrected), I cooked the pasta in veg stock. Oh this meal was so yummy, I am a big salmon fan too! Now just to figure out dinner.

Dinner: Steak, salad, balsamic vinegar, tiny bit of Dijon mustard, fat free strawberry muller light

Snacks: 2x Tea (2), 2 finger kit kat (5.5)

Total syns: 12

Happy Valentine's Day!!!!!

I got a card and choccies from my little boy, oooooh temptation!!!!

Day 5:

Breakfast: Poached eggs and bacon, 1 tbsp. ketchup (1), Tea (1)

Lunch: 400g x 2 wholemeal bread (heB), ham, cucumber, tomato, laughing cow light (1.5), 1 thorntons choccie (3.5)

Snack: Banana, 2 macaroons 3 syns each (6) valentines treat

Dinner: Not sure yet as I'm not going anywhere, I fancy mince!

Spag bol lots of veg, half fat cheese Tesco 45g (hea)

Snack: 1 thorntons choc (3.5) I feel this may not be the last one, but I will try my hardest

Total syns: 15
