Hi everyone, so here I am starting another diary!! (am really sorry mods) I felt the need to start a new diary as I have joined a new group & restarted for hopefully the last time! I'm not half hearted anymore & I really want to succeed this time...
A little about me: I will 30 in 2 weeks!!! I am married & a stay at home mum to 3 kids (1 boy & 2 girls) & life is always manic...
I joined a group yesterday so I'll be a monday weigher with a start weight of 14st 2lb
I have taken measurements and photos which I will repeat every couple of months...
On the agenda this week is a lot of super speed soup, mushy pea curry & walking! The walking will be with the kids for next couple of weeks but then after that me & baby can crack on
Anyway enough waffling & I'll be back later with my diary...

Day 1 week 1: Tuesday 21st August 2012 (EE)
2 x hifi lights (HExB) 2 tangerines & a small banana
Made a massive 4 egg frittata with cotage cheese (1) asparagus, tomatoes, spring onions, mushrooms, courgette & quorn sausage (4) - ate half with tomato, cucumber, pickled onions & tomato salsa (0.5)
Ate other half later coz I was starving & didn't want to snack on bad stuff
6 king prawns, couple forks egg noodles & couple spoons of *super speed soup
Picked at a little bit of chicken (OH brought a ready cooked one)
Tangerine, Mullerlight & quavers (4.5)
Drank tea with milk (HExA) water & diet pop
Total syns: 10
Walked kids & pushed little un in buggy to swimming lesson then to dance class (about 45 mins altogether)
*super speed soup - my version:
Tin lentils, tin Heinz five beans, 2 x tins tomatoes, 2 x onions, 2 x peppers, small bag carrots, 1/2 bunch spring onions, 1 cube of frozen spinach (per serving) 2 x oxo cubes & water
Made 5-6 servings

week 1 day 2: Wednesday 22nd August 2012: Green
2 x cheese on toast (HExA&B) with 2 tangerines
4 fridge raiders (2)
Super speed soup with bread (HExB2) & fruit (tangerine, peach & nectarine) with mullerlight yoghurt
Quorn sticky chilli & ginger fillets with savoury rice & roast veg (courgette, asparagus, peppers & onions)
Hifi rocky road bar (3)
Monster munch (5.5)
Tea with milk (hexa2) water, sprite zero & diet red bull
Walked 30 mins ish with kids & little un in buggy
Another ok but my heart really was in it not giving in though I'll be 100% & have a good WI monday!!
So the takeaway of choice @ the weekend will be KFC!! FFS that ain't happening... Am thinking if I do breakfast & dinner as 2/3 SF I will have MLM salt & pepper chicken, potato wedges, baked beans & coleslaw - does that sound ok?

Mushy pea curry (added quorn sausage (2) peppers, onions, petit pois, mushrooms) with savoury rice
Chicken & a hifi light (HExB)
Tea with milk (hexa2) water & diet Irn bru
So I am super excited!! Tomorrow I'm getting some ear piercings I said no to a greggs sausage roll!! I've planned ahead for Sunday so I don't have KFC with the family!! I am feeling quite determined to do this
Next week is going to be a fishy week...
Week 1 day 5: Saturday 25th August 2012: red
Bacon & mushroom sandwich (HExB) with tomato sauce (1)
Red pepper & cheese (HExA) omelette with cucumber, tomato, pickled onions & gherkins
MLM salt & pepper chicken, roast new potatoes (HExB) with cucumber, tomato & reduced fat coleslaw (1)
Drank tea with milk (HExA) water, diet coke & diet Irn bru
Fridge raiders (2.5)
Total syns: 9.5
Walked around town as well, only a gentle stroll but better than been sat on my bum had the pirecings done I wanted so am super happy! Have packed lunch for tomorrow while everyone else is having KFC I've got salt & pepper chicken, roast new potatoes then I'll have some coleslaw & baked beans... So here's to another 100% day before WI
So I now know why I was nervous about WI * star made an appearance this morning! I'm not expecting a loss as such, I will stay on track & have an awesome loss next week!!!
So first WI & I lost 3.5lb - pretty happy with that!!
Week 1 day 7: Monday 26th August 2012: Green
Cheese (HExA) onion & mushroom omelette, WM toast (HExB) with tinned tomatoes
WM roll (HExB) 2 quorn burgers (1) pasta n sauce, pickles, salad, salsa (0.5) & coleslaw (2)

So day 1 of fishy week complete not very imaginative (2 tuna meals today!) I've been shopping today so hopefully rest of week maybe more exciting!! Good day today - my daughters had a swimming lesson this morning (youngests first lesson - she has always been scared of water) she proved me sooo wrong today...
