In January 2011, I reached my target weight and have continued to follow the plan to maintain my weight loss. Now my quest centre's around balanced nutrition, being happy and munching my way through the most tastiest, most beautiful, healthy delights, but with a little naughtiness thrown in between ;-) My reason for starting this food diary is because I have only ever followed the Extra Easy plan, but I would like to introduce Red and Green days to help "keep things fresh".

Just wanted to say congratulations on reaching target :D I'm having a bit of a change up at the moment too to see if that helps my losses!
Good luck with trying the other days. My favourite bit about doing mostly greens is having to HexB's ;)

I live in Spain where today it was 35c and had porridge for my breakfast - no need to wait for Winter :D
I eat it everyday and never change it - easy to make - know what's for breakfast - oh yes, I like it.

Ohh you lucky thing! I would LOVE to live in Spain *dreams*:D. The strange thing is we haven't really had much of a Summer... but there's just something that appeals to me about indulging into a bowl of porridge when it's cold outside (maybe i'll feel differently in "September" lol) xx

I'm really craving a big bowl of porridge now, mmmm;)... Don't be fooled like I was by the "40g" it's still a teeny bowl :sigh:, I think they upped it to 40g as there's lots of heavy fruit in it (large raisins, dried apricots and pineapple) I have to load the bowl up with strawberries or frozen berries. I do love my muesli - but I think I need to find something a bit more filling! xx

2 Weetabix (HxB)
Skimmed milk (HxA)
Handful strawberries

Small bowl of strawberries

Boiled rice and chinese curry sauce, half container (3)
Cadburys highlights hot choc (2)

I have 40gms of porridge made with water then put "free fruit and yoghurt" on it - lots of it - and it is filling.

Seriously is this all you eat each day - I could not survive until mid afternoon on what you eat - why are you eating so liitle food and do you think this is healthy for you?

Oooh I've never tried porridge mixed in with a yoghurt, thanks - I'll have to give it a whirl.

Do you mean syns-wise or around lunch? I find that i'm never hungry around lunch and most of the time will just snack on fruit. It concerns me that you think it's very little food, I can assure you its not intentional, I'll have a look over my food diary. xx

This is why I tend to stick to porridge and Weetabix. Feel like you get a decent amount for your Healthy Extra. I can still eat mahoosive bowls of cereal when I'm off the wagon
