Hi all :wavey:My name is Christine and I've been doing the SW EE plan since 27th July 2012. I've lost 12lbs so far which I'm happy with, although I've stayed the same for the past 2 weeks. I'm not part of a group and I'm not a member online either, my sister-in-law goes to a group and has been helping me..
I think I'm doing it ok, but am finding it a bit of a struggle at times as I don't want to bother her for syn values etc all the time. So if any of you have any tips as I share my diaries with you, I'd really appreciate it!
Here goes..
Monday 10th September 2012
250ml semi skimmed milk used for tea - HE
Breakfast - 2 slices wholemeal bread - HE, 1 tbsp low fat marg - 1 syn, 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 tbsp lite salad cream - 1 syn
Lunch - Chicken salad (lettuce, toms, cue), 1.5 tbsp lite salad cream - 1.5 syns
Dinner - Bacon, mushrooms and cabbage, 1.5 tbsp bbq sauce - 1.5 syns
Snacks - pineapple, tomato pasta Mugshot
Total Syns - 5
I have the syn values for some things, but anything I'm unsure of I use the 20 calories = 1 syn rule.
