Breakfast: 28g porridge oats hxb1 with hxa 250ml ss milk (not all in porridge) with with cinnamon
Lunch 2syns: super free: lettuce, spring onion, chillies
Hxb2: 35g wholemeal pasta
Asda ready to eat pulled beef 1/2 syn for half the pack. Sweet chill sauce 1.5 syn per tbsp
Snacks: 1 ryvita ( part of hxb1) nectarine, satsuma, muller light Greek 1/2 syn, hxa 3x babybelle light
Dinner: extra lean mince tomatoes, chilli powder, peppers all free.
Syns: 2.5/15
