    Hello I'm back after a year and a half or maybe less or more I can't remember but I lost 1.5 stone just over two years ago on sw and then my losses stalled and completely stopped so I decided to try ww where I lost 5 slowwwww pounds In a matter of months and found I was eating more rubbish o I've tried many diets since then hence the million diaries on here !! But I thought I would come back and try sw again to get this last bit off, I am starting Monday properly as I need to weigh and get my head around it again but I've been looking at other diaries for ideas and I think it's coming back slowly!

    So I'm going to try mainly red days but with a mix of we to shake it up a bit, wish me luck and feel free to comment if I'm wrong as I'm sure I will be!!! Ill upload my weight Monday!! Eeeeek

    Please let me know if this is ok


    My plan for tomo a red day

    Breakfast: 28g porridge oats hxb1 with hxa 250ml ss milk (not all in porridge had a coffee to) with with cinnamon and pomegranate seeds

    Lunch 2syns: super free: lettuce, spring onion, chillies
    Hxb2: 35g wholemeal pasta
    Asda ready to eat pulled beef 1/2 syn for half the pack. Sweet chill sauce 1.5 syn per tbsp

    Snacks: 1 ryvita ( part of hxb1) nectarine, satsuma, muller light Greek 1/2 syn, banana

    Dinner: extra lean mince tomatoes, chilli powder, peppers all free. Onions, cooked weight rice @70g 6syns hea2 Philly light 1 tbsp

    Syns: 8.5/15

    Syns left for the week.. 96.5/105

    For breakfasts I tend to go for toast, scrambled eggs or just yoghurt and fruit when in a rush, and for lunches making up a big pot of soup is handy, or sometimes I'll use my HeB for a jacket potato with tuna and cheese! Like red and green days as I hate the 1/3 superfree element of extra easy, and enjoy having a couple more healthy extras :-) xxx

    Background info - started slimming July 2010 12st 4.5lb, February 2012 down to 9st 2lb, relaxed a little, crept back to 10st. Back on SW, found out pregnant September 2012 - 9st 10lb (fluctuated between 9st 8.5 - 9st 10lb)

    1-11 - 9st 10
    12-14 - 10st 3.5lb (Away on holiday)
    15 - 10st 4.5lb
    16 - 10st 5.5lb
    17 - 10st 6.5lb
    18 - 10st 8lb
    19 - 10st 11.5lb
    20 - 11st
    21 - 11st 1lb
    22 - 11st 5lb!!! (Another Massive Gain! SW starts 100% tomorrow!)
    23 - 11st 8.5lb
    24 - 11st 8lb (0.5 lost)
    25 - ??? (Snowed in!)
    26 - 11st 10lb
    27 - 12st :'(
    28 - 11st 12 a lovely little 2lb loss!

    Well I braved the scales and it wasn't as I thought but still bad! So I'm starting my sw journey at 9st 12.5lbs now I'm motivate!
