Starting a new food diary to keep me on track! After another half pound on at weigh in its time to get stuck in, going to try 100% week this week no saving syns no guessing healthy extras! This sis probably a normal week for most ppl but I can feel myself slippingso here goes I'm motivated for the ret of the week but my will power normally does towards the weekend any comments would be great
