My new diary no more messing :)
Starting a new food diary to keep me on track! After another half pound on at weigh in its time to get stuck in, going to try 100% week this week no saving syns no guessing healthy extras! This sis probably a normal week for most ppl but I can feel myself slipping so here goes I'm motivated for the ret of the week but my will power normally does towards the weekend any comments would be great x
Tuesday: extra easy!
I work shifts and today I'm on the early nothing to exciting planned plus I'm seeing my boyfriend tonight so no ideas what tea will be!
Breakfast: banana strawberries and a Greek muller (1/2 syn) got a bottle of water 1.5 litres next to me need to up my liquid intake!
Lunch: 4 ryvita cracker bread (most o healthy extra b) with cottage cheese tomato and cucumber and some sweet chilli sauce must check syns think its 1 1/2 for tbsp adding 3 pieces of ham a tangerine and another muller light (1/2 syn)
Tea: to be confirmed

Tea is going to be lam steaks grilled no fat, peas carrots and garlic and herb new potatoes from tesco works out syns 2 1/2 for half a bag which isn't to bad. Had a foxes amber bar was gorgeous for 4 syns
So that's 9 syns for today not too bad

Wednesday extra easy!
On a 13 hour shift today however all my food is planned I'm better when I'm like this so
Breakfast: banana strawberries muller Greek style (1/2)
Lunch: ryvita cottage cheese ham tom cucumber and sweet chilli sauce (1.5 syns)
Tea: chicken curry I've defrosted from last week rice and added veg was 2.5 syns in the whole curry made 4 portions so to be safe ill count that as 1 syn!
Will add snacks through the day probably another muller 1/2 syn and some more fruit!
That's 3 1/2 syns sure ill find a few the on the way
Also got my hea milk measured for coffee and 1.5 litres of water with no syn squash!
home from work now loonnggg day! didn add anymore syns so just had hot choc and an amber bar adding 6 syns on so thats 9 1/2 for today!!
Thought I'd add a pic of tonight's tea am a bit obsessed with taking photos of my food lately!

thursday: exta easy
not in work till 4 today which throws me slighty going to try plan but may change tea as i dont really get a break in work today!
breakfast: banana tangerine muller greek stlye (1/2 syn)
lunch: im thinking a sw "fry" up so tesco cumberland sausage (2 syns) eggs mushrooms tomatoes and 2 ww bread heb
tea: maybe some low fat super noodles with added veg!)
All change to my plan so new plan is
Lunch pasta with sauce made of passata onions mushrooms peppers chicken and spinach all kinds of herbs thrown in, going to top with some low fat cheese hea can't wait for it to be ready smells nice
Tea: the same as lunch!
Because am not having sausages that takes syns back to 1/2 And no heb will try fit them in through out the day!

I forgot yesterday I had milk out of hea allowance 3 cups of tea with skimmed milk, I'm going for 2 syns so that's 8 1/2 for Thursday!

Friday extra easy
Off work today yay having tea with my boyfriend tonight and he is angling for a takeaway which is fine ill go for beef black bean sauce with boiled rice! But I'm hoping to convince him to cook we will see later!
Breakfast: banana coffee and muller Greek style (1/2)
Lunch: omelette with chicken mushrooms onion hea cheese and extra veggies
Lunch was really good had some spinach left some put that in as well here's the pic.
Was starving and not having tea till late so had half a pack of low fat super noodles and 2 ryvita cracker bread 2 syns know I'm meant to have super free as aback but didn't have any in! Sorted tea however
Chicken in peri peri season and shake 2 syns with salad and new potatoes with herbs 2 syns and salad also ww petit pan as heb
7syns all together today might have some chocolate later watching walking dead
