Saturday 3rd Nov 2012: Extra Easy Day
Breakfast: 1 banana, bowl of grapes.
Lunch: Low fat super noodles mixed with honey roast ham & 45g low fat cheddar (HEA Choice), followed by a small bowl of grapes.
Snacks: Homemade spicy tomato & red lentil soup, HiFi Deluxe peanut bar (HEB Choice).
Dinner: Beef medallion steak, homemade Actifry chips, lettuce, cucumber, tomato & red onion.
Syns: Velvet crunch chilli crisps (4).
Im really proud of myself today, we went to Go Ape this morning with 20 friends as it was our friends birthday. I took my own snacks and resisted the cafe there, afterwards the others went to burger king & hubby & I went home for our lunch.
we also resisted the Indian restaurant that they all went to tonight and instead enjoyed a steak at home.
I wore my HRM at Go Ape and was amazed that I lost 605 calories in the 2 hours we did the course.
My mother in law came over with some cakes from Birds Bakery and again I resisted and sat with a cuppa and grapes instead![]()
