    Saturday 3rd Nov 2012: Extra Easy Day

    Breakfast: 1 banana, bowl of grapes.

    Lunch: Low fat super noodles mixed with honey roast ham & 45g low fat cheddar (HEA Choice), followed by a small bowl of grapes.

    Snacks: Homemade spicy tomato & red lentil soup, HiFi Deluxe peanut bar (HEB Choice).

    Dinner: Beef medallion steak, homemade Actifry chips, lettuce, cucumber, tomato & red onion.

    Syns: Velvet crunch chilli crisps (4).

    Im really proud of myself today, we went to Go Ape this morning with 20 friends as it was our friends birthday. I took my own snacks and resisted the cafe there, afterwards the others went to burger king & hubby & I went home for our lunch.
    we also resisted the Indian restaurant that they all went to tonight and instead enjoyed a steak at home.
    I wore my HRM at Go Ape and was amazed that I lost 605 calories in the 2 hours we did the course.
    My mother in law came over with some cakes from Birds Bakery and again I resisted and sat with a cuppa and grapes instead

    Always fancies go ape we go walking at delamere forest a bit with our dog and there's one there !!

    I work for virgin trains as a customer assistant on board mostly working in first class it's great !! Today I've been to London and now am in Manchester then back to London then back to Liverpool then commute home to Wales !!

    Thanks Hun, we've had chilli twice this week my hubby loves it since I've started sw.
    the mustard crisps are from Lidl, I got them today as thought it was something different to try. They are 8 syns for 30g, seems a lot but that tupperware pot is full of them ready for tomorrow and that's my 30g portion
    I couldn't take the whole big bag to work with me so that's why I measured them out, I'd end up eating the lot otherwise lol xxx
