    Hi All

    So I am rejoining Slimming World on 30th April 2013 after my holiday to Mexico.
    Having lost 2 stone in 2009 for my Miami wedding in 2010 I remembered that Slimming World was the best diet for me & the best one I could stick to. So here I am again

    I've called my thread "the diary of a slimming hippo" because I absolutely love hippos as most of my friends know

    I've edited this post as this thread is an old one but I am starting fresh from 30th April. Now I start my new job on 1st May, I want a fresh start with everything.

    I'd appreciate any help, support or feedback from you all, as I have not done the plan for a couple of years I feel like a right newbie.

    Breakfast: 225g tinned pineapple (HEB Choice)

    Lunch: Homemade chicken & vegetable soup (Fresh roast chicken, boiled potatoes, carrots, onion, leek, green beans, garlic, chicken oxo cube & a few herbs).

    Dinner: Vegetable Stew (Boiled potatoes, carrots, onion, leek, mushrooms, broken spaghetti, beef oxo cube).

    Snacks: Vanilla Mullerlight yogurt, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, a few spoons of Batchelors savoury rice.

    Used my HEA Choice on semi skimmed milk for tea and coffees.

    Syns: 1 piece of scan bran (1), mini curly wurly bar (3.5) Slimming World HiFi light bar (3).

    And the last incentive for me to lose the weight is Hubby and I have just booked a two week 4 star all inclusive holiday to Mexico for April 2013 (to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary & my Birthday)

    So jealous love Mexico me and my hubby had our honeymoon there in riviera maya and we went back 3 years ago with my parents for there wedding anniversary !!!
